I met Shannon Roberts one day while working at the fire department. She came in to discuss the different things their credit union could offer us if we signed up. Who knew that would be the start of it all. Shannon has COMPLETELY changed our lives for the better. We're having been able to pay off all of our vehicles and refinance with them at a much lower rate, clean up our credit, pay off credit cards and other bills, get a home equity loan to do some upgrades to our home, and raise our credit score tremendously. I had my debit card hacked and I had over $900 missing around Christmas time. I called FCFCU and they immediately sprung into action. I had a stop payment on all charges and the money refunded within 2 business days. I like to call Shannon my life coach because when everything around me is crumbling, she pulls me back together with a quick solution and a quick fix to our issues. We will NEVER bank with another credit union again. Our daughter is 13 and she even has an account with them. They truly care about their customers. We are thankful for them and for Shannon. She bends over backwards for us and all her clients so we are 100% satisfied. 💜
