Don's Pawn Shop E 3rd St, Dayton

I work at a pawn shop in Richmond Indiana, I can tell you this pawn shop is exemplary in all aspects. Inventory, customer service, display cases of display, and of course, conversation. Ben helped me with the watches, any of those genuinely happy to do so. Harvey, the owner approached me and we struck up a conversation. Customer service is truly their trade craft, more than worth it for the 40 minute drive to come out there. I'll definitely be back, maybe learn from their example.

Don's Pawn Shop promises that, " You'll get the best experience out of a pawn shop you've ever had." They absolutely live up to that promise. My expectations were not only met, but were greatly exceeded. From the first phone contact with Rob to the transactions handled by Terry I was impressed by the quality of their customer service. They even reminded me of the time left on the parking meter to avoid a ticket. I will keep all my pawn business with them. I wish all my retail interactions were as favorable. I strongly advise you look no further than Don's Pawn Shop to do business with!

Couldn't say enough good things about this place! I went in to purchase my first "real" guitar and ended up paying less than I would have from a private seller. They even gave me a free bag they just so happened to have. I've purchased firearms here in the past as well and always had a favorable experience.

I've been dealing with Don's paw shop for close to 30 years. The staff is great, prices are decent and they usually have something interesting to purchase. The one time I needed money, I hocked something, they gave me a fair price and worked with me. I've traded goods for other goods and they gave me a fair price. You can't go wrong with Don's Pawn shop!

I just left this place trying to get a loan on a $400 necklace, after waiting around downtown for 2 hours for them to open because I get off at 7 am. And some old man gonna tell me my necklace is not the karats that it says... 1. My necklace came from a jeweler... Custom made... 2. You just somebody that works at a pawn shop... I doubt you know more then the people. He basically discriminated against me because I'm African American and not from Dayton.

Don's pawn shop was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a clarinet instrument for my daughter and they had plenty! The sales guy was helpful, patient and the manager was willing to work with me as far as the price. Their employees were all very professional and polite. I will always be a customer of theirs! Great experience.

Purchase a glock from them two weeks ago. Process cannot be any easier. They were professional to me when I asked to see the gun and price is better than anywhere else on used guns. They have a nice little collection of guns and a pretty extensive collection of shotguns and rifles. Prices are fair and no negotiating are allowed on guns. Shop has a lot of jewelry and music equipment and some movies,games,laptop,video games, and power tools. Everything I saw was price reasonably and not high like most pawn shops. I will definitely go back and buy more guns and merchandise from them!! First pawn shop experience and it was fantastic. Don’t bother with any other places and their high prices. Just go to Don’s Pawn shop and shut up and enjoy your awesome deal saving high quality purchase.

They are always friendly and professional. I have bought a few gaming systems and a TV from them as well as used their loan services on a few of my electronics. I can be sure that I will get my merchandise back the exact way I left it as well and not worry about the quality of the products I buy from them. A+

I play a lot of music. They gave the best deal on trade in music equipment. The staff there is very courtious and well informed. They answered all my questions about music equipment. Fair prices, i will always go there first.
