We’ve purchased one vehicle there and are very happy with the way we were treated. I’ve purchased parts there six or eight times and have actually been told I probably WOULDN’T need to spend money on some of the parts I went in for due to the mileage on my truck; how often do businesses suggest you NOT spend more money with them? The service we have had done there is done correct the first time. We don’t find scratches on the exterior or damage to the interior after the work is completed. This seems to be a very honest business with good character. We are very happy with Finley GMC.

Even though the wait was long, we are very pleased with the attention and work that Findlay Buick has done on our 2017 Forester. The wait was that they had so many cars lined for repairs that in itself says something about the dealership and the good work they do. Tanya was very helpful and friendly from day one. Estimated work completion times were met! I would certainly suggest anyone in need of collision work consider Findlay Buick.

Troy was amazing to work with. So helpful and accommodating. We had a damaged axle on our truck and he wouldn’t let us drive it home (we live about an hour away). He put us in a loaner while he ordered the part and expedited the repair. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Bought a trade in, that didn't even hit the lot from an online post. Drove 1.5 hours to make initial review. Found sales associate Alex must helpful. Vehicle satisfied and exceeds the criteria I had set. Vehicle was slightly higher than book but negotiations dropped price to book value and even tossed in a few perks. After all said and done, a trust worthy and pleasant experience.. I picked up the vehicle and drove it across the country 1800 miles, with out any Issues.. Very satisfied Michael Murray

We were in a situation where we had been traveling for the last 6 years and had a trailer and a truck to trade in. We worked with Dillon Smith as we reviewed our options. We worked out a unique deal with Findlay taking our 5th wheel in trade. We ended up with a new Terrain and a used Canyon. They treated us well and the staff we worked with were pleasant and helpful. Findlay Toyota repaired the 2 taillights and 1 backup light on my 2013 Lexus SUV. From my first contact with Joel in the body shop to picking up my repaired & clean vehicle, my experience with Findlay was stellar. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The quote Joel gave me was accurate. I rented a car, from Findlay’s rental department, which was ready when I dropped off my Lexus so the switch took less than 15 minutes. My vehicle was ready a day earlier than promised and the second switch also took less than 15 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and service provided by Findlay Toyota. Very low trade in value. We were over mileage on our lease, but Findlay added insult to injury by allowing 29k for a trade in when it should have been 32k to 35k according to KBB. Salesman, John was very good.

If I could give zero stars I would. They never call you back after you drop off your car for repair. You have to call them back to find out if there done. The tech went home and never said if the car was finished or not. So the car had to stay overnight because no new if it was finished. They never called back the next day either. Called them late morning to get an update. They were still not sure if it was done finally got a call at 4pm to tell me it was done. The car was brought in for an oil change, and few minor repairs which none of them were resolved. Just an oil change was done. Terrible service.

So I received a text from Findlay asking me to leave a review after a recent service repair.. well here is my review. I took my vehicle in for an expensive warranry repair. Took 3 weeks to get the vehicle back. When I did my own inspection of the work I found several broken clips, broken electrical connector, missing bolts, missing clips, loose parts, cross threaded bolt and wiring looms incorrectly ran so overall very disappointed having my very expensive truck worked on so poorly. Took it right back and showed them the problems. They assured me they would get it repaired asap. I left the truck and it took them another week to get parts and fix all the problems. When I picked up my truck I had them put it on the lift to inspect some of the underside issues. Still had a loose wire loom and I noticed the sensor plug above the transfercase was new. The tech broke that as well and had to replace it using butt connectors and electrical tape. Very disappointed in the quality of work performed by the tech. You would think they would have offered a couple of free oil changes or something for all of the inconvenience they created for me. Nope that didn't happen. So overall I would give Findlay GMC service a failing grade. Wouldn't recommend using the service department.

Absolutely the worst! I spent $4,000 in July to have everything looked at and fixed. When I picked it up I was told it’s like a brand new vehicle and should be good for at least 10 years. Now it’s only been a couple months and my transmission is leaking. I brought it in to have it looked at and they wanted $800 to fix, in which they are the ones to mess with the transmission lines in the first place to replace the rear main seal of the motor. And not only that, but my ac lines are still leaking, in which I paid for gmc to fix, but they say they didn’t touch those lines!

I purchased a 2015 Sierra 1500, and I have to say this was the easiest time I’ve had while purchasing a vehicle. John met me on the lot and put no pressure on me to make any decisions. I told him I wasn’t purchasing right away, and he still stayed and answered some of my questions. Later in the day I decided to begin the purchasing process and John was extremely responsive and again, he put no pressure on me to do anything. Usually a dealership will try to get you to use their financing and buy all the extras and make it stressful when you have other plans. I told John I’d be financing it through my bank, and my bank would do the gap insurance and he made it easy to get the information to process the loan. Ultimately it wasn’t until the next day that we were able to finish the sale, and John wasn’t available, but Marcos took wonderful care of us, again no pressure. I gotta say, I went to Toyota a few years ago and had a typical experience, but GMC Buick was a pleasure to work with. And the truck is fantastic.

We're new to Prescott (4-Months) with a GMC Yukon SLT that has only ever been serviced by a GMC dealer. Snagged the lower front bumper trim this weekend, pulling loose at the corner. A little beyond my scope of home repair, so took it into Findlay Prescott GMC early this morning. It was a little before their 8:00am start time, but Service Consultant Jason Patton took a look at it for me. He then ran it into the shop bay, had the front bumper trim re-fastened, and had it back to me in 15 minutes. I always respect extraordinary service, whether at a restaurant, an airport, or elsewhere. These folks at Findlay GMC nailed it this morning. Kudos especially to Jason Patton, and to Findlay Prescott GMC, for a great example of customer service. They both have earned my business moving forward, whether it's Service or that new Yukon AT4 on the horizon. 5-Stars +++

I was in the market for the AT4 for quite some time. As soon as I saw the vehicle available I submitted a request and Alex reached out to me within 30 minutes. Alex was honest and friendly from the get go. Since I had been in the market for a while I had heard everything from different sales rep about having to increase prices because of shortages. He assured me that’s not what they do. After a week of back and forth we struck a deal and I couldn’t be happier. Drove down from Las Vegas with my family and Findlay was very friendly and helpful. Started out as a great experience trading in a vehicle for a new purchase. 2 months later they still hadn’t paid off my trade in vehicle. I had 2 payments deducted from my account in the mean time. I have had to call my sales person trying to get an answer & a refund multiple times. They never have an answer & say they will call back. That has never happened.

I made an appointment online for a service issue and received a confirmation email stating the “Customer Service Team” would contact me shortly. They NEVER did. So, I called the next morning to confirm my appt. and the service dept. said the online scheduling doesn’t work. REMOVE that option from your Findlay menu if it doesn’t work. I brought the vehicle in for an issue and was told it needed front and back brakes($800). We took it to our mechanic for a second opinion and lo and behold, our brake pads have 40-60k miles remaining. It was dust on the pads. Clearly taking advantage of customers on non-warranty issues. Sad for a local business.

My wife had to take her car for a recall. We take our car there as well for repairs. Buick GMC service was outstanding! It was going to be a 3 hour wait so they offer my wife to take her home and then come back and pick her up at our house once her car was ready. She also had her little dog Rosie with her and the entire staff was super welcoming of both my wife and Rosie. My wife called me and shared her experience and said “ they treat you as if you were worth a million dollars” Mind you this was a FREE recall repair. Can’t say enough good things about how amazing everyone was towards my wife and our doggie Rosie. I will highly recommend.

After shopping all the car dealerships from one end of town to another we ended up at Findlay. Frank S. was very helpful and took us through all the lots until we found the best vehicle for me. He was wonderful to work with and go through the process of buying a vehicle. Chris in Finance was also great to work with. A couple days later I brought the vehicle in to have it serviced, like they do all their vehicle when purchasing. Service staff were all very helpful. I was immediately greeted when I arrived. Service was completed within an hour. Comfortable waiting area with excellent coffee. My vehicle was returned to me clean. Dillon is an outstanding salesperson. He went above and beyond and was instrumental in me being able to buy my 2022 GMC Denali crew cab, 4x4 6.2L - a dream come to fruition! He took videos and pictures for me and sent via text since I was a couple of hours from the dealership. Normally, vehicles can not be put on hold w/o a deposit but since I was refinancing my home, I could not use credit cards which would have triggered an alert and my Lender would have rescinded the approval. He - Dillon personally reached out to a vendor regarding getting my driver and passenger windows tinted on a rush basis - next day! I would recommend Dillon to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I'm very selective about any purchase especially homes and vehicles. It's worth the time, effort and drive to Findlay GMC dealership in Prescott, AZ. The staff treats you well and the vehicle buying process was not all day haggling back and forth like I experienced with all my previous purchases. Found a truck I wanted put interested and asked if still avaliable. Then had great communication with Frank telling him what I needed what I had and that my previous truck was totaled and I've been stressed. Frank was awesome had the paperwork ready to go so when I drove up there from Phoenix everything would be seamless. The pictures matched to what I saw in person and the truck rides perfect. No hidden price or fees everything right there no tricks. Jeff also helped and Cimeron the finance manager made it such an easy day. I'll recommend to anyone. Great customer service all around. Probably the easiest and smoothest truck buying experience I've ever had! I already knew which vehicle I wanted to buy and after doing an area check of dealerships, the exact truck I wanted was found at Findlay Buick/GMC. I contacted them and I was happy to speak with their internet salesman John Nagle. John was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with my current Buick lease situation, which was about to expire. He suggested that I trade-in that vehicle instead of just returning it at lease end, which I wasn't aware I was able to do. That single suggestion literally saved me thousands of dollars right off the bat on the purchase of a new vehicle. The buying process for the new truck was actually very simple, without the hard sell that I have experienced at other dealerships. The entire process was successfully done over the phone! We were able to pretty much complete the entire process over the phone and over the internet. We traded in our F350 dually and our Montana 5th wheel for a new Terrain and a used truck. Our salesman Dillon Smith offered up a number of options and helped us find vehicles to suit our needs. The staff was great to work with and I recommend Dillon to anyone wanting to purchase a new, or used vehicle. Buying through a dealer tends to be more expensive, but they do give you the option to purchase a Manufacturer extended warranty that is honored at GM Dealers across the country.

We were traveling from Ut. To Dewey Az. Right before Flagstaff, Az there was a flash flood & wr were stopped for awhile. During that time our check engine light came on so I called the buick dealership in Flagstaff. They were rude & unwilling to help. So we went to O'Rileys once road reopened & had a engine check were they told us it was our ERG valve. We finished our drive to Dewey, Az & called prescott dealership. (FINDLAY ), all I could say was WOW. They were so awesome and got me in 1st thing next morning , confirmed diagnosis & made sure I felt safe to drive home a few days later. Jason explained in Lehman terms so I understood then had the mechanic (since I was very anxious about breaking down) talk to me as well in terms I understood. He put me at ease & felt safe again. Like most dealers in Prescott....My experience has been lack of service after the sale. This has been NO different at Findlay. Unfriendly service writers, technicians that don't understand your concern, then the famous answer "well NO codes set so their isn't an issue." You know something isn't right when your service writer encourages you to take your vehicle somewhere else.

I’m torn between a good review and a bad one, so I’ll stick with 3 stars and go in the middle. I had some body work done at the collision center to repair some hail damage. The associates are incredibly friendly, and very professional. However time was a huge issue. I was told 5-7 days to receive all of the parts, however was not notified they had received them and told I could bring in the vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. I realize this is not their fault, but caused by out of stock parts. But then we get into the repair of the vehicle. I was told a maximum of 2 weeks. A month and a half later and my vehicle was finally returned to my possession. This was a huge problem.if a repair is going to take this long, they should account for that when providing information to a customer. I was told when I called after the 3rd week that the dent repair and painting alone would take 2 weeks, so there was no way it could be done in that time frame with as much damage as there was. I should have been told that from the beginning. However Joel was amazing, and when realizing how far past my rental maximum date I was, Was able to speed along the process.

This was hands down the most pleasant buying experience we had ever had. We had looked at dozens of dealerships, test drove Tahoe’s from all over Arizona and the guys here are the real deal. True blue, genuine people. We dealt with Frank and I can tell you that out of all of our searching, he was by far the best salesman we had. He spoke to us like we were people and not just customers and you can tell that he has a genuine connection with people he speaks with. WORST SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYESS! decided to take my gmc sierra in for warranty work as well as some motor and transmission issues that I was experiencing. Well after days of being in the shop, the problems weren't fixed actually they were much worse. After leaving findlay gmc and driving 7 miles my oil pressure light comes on and says to turn off vehicle, which is the one issue that my truck was in the shop for. I called Jason back and they sent my truck to Lamb Chevrolet to be looked at. Well after getting my truck towed over to Lamb, they run my Vin and find that my passenger airbag is faulty and there's a recall on it, bit findlay never once mentioned it or even offered to replace the recalled airbag. So needless to say their service writers and technicians are far from sub par and could careless about you and your vehicle, so save yourself the time and headache and avoid all FINDLAY ran companies as they don't take pride in their work nor care about the community they service!!!!

Went in because I had a dead battery. I was quoted over $200 when I made the appointment. I was ok with that. When I got there I was told they needed to test the battery first to see if it really was bad. After an hour I was told my car was still under the 48 month bumper to bumper warranty and there would be no charge for a new battery. This is only the second time going to this dealer as I am new to the area. I will be using this dealer for all my automotive needs.

I was in need of a collision repair for my new Toyota Highlander. It had been a long time since having to deal with damage to my vehicle. The last experience at another collision service center was a terrible one and I was apprehensive to go get an estimate. I selected Findlay Prescott Collision Center. I walked in to the office and was greeted by very friendly Andria Garcia. She immediately walked with me to my vehicle and took photos and notes of the damage to my Highlander. Andria answered my questions. Andria promised to send me an email by 5 PM the same day with an estimate. I was out of there in about 10 minutes. The estimate was sent as she promised. I sent her a message for scheduling and she responded right away. She stated it would take 3 business days to complete the repair. On the third day, I got a call from Andria to come and pick up my Highlander. The repair is like new! My vehicle was washed as well. I have not had such great service. The process was smooth. Andria was courteous and professional to work with. She is a valuable asset to Findlay Prescott Collision Center. They say you will get a no-nonsense quotation, expert care with a friendly attitude. All of this is true! In this day and age of mostly no customer service out there, this experience exceeded expectations because of Andria and was Excellent and Peaceful! Started out with a rough experience when I first bought my truck ( o2 sensor problems and a dead battery 3 days into owning my truck) but over all my truck does it’s job, takes me where I need to go, and Jason and the customer service crew are really great, quick oil changes l, always recommend what you need to take care of and free warm coffee while you wait!!

6/7/22 had appointment at 1:00 P.M. I arrived about 15 minutes early and checked in 15 minutes after 1:00 I was on my way home. Truck need recall programming and was done immediately. Have always had great service when at Findly Buick GMC. Thanks to the service staff.

I purchased my truck almost a year ago and this is only the 2nd time I brought it in for anything . First time was just an oil change. This time was for a warranty replacement on a tire that got a screw in the sidewall from road debris. Jason, the service rep, was friendly, efficient, no nonsense - just get it done type of a guy.
