I engaged with Financial Freedom after being terribly dissapointed and feeling lost in the bigger firms that offer similar services. My experience with Financial Freedom was eye opening and allowed me to breathe. Our diwscussions were interactive, they listened to me, guided me and made me feel in control of the future. Not an easy task since I had so many questions and the more I engaged the more I felt free to take control. I have refinanced my home , you know the one I’ve lived in for 40 years, five times and I have to tell you that this mortgage company is the best mortgage company I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, I was treated like a king. Everyone was cordial, everyone was professional, from the moment I first heard their friendly voices, to the second I opened up the envelope with the check I was due, (I did a cash out refinance); Everything worked perfectly.. Like the movement of a fine Swiss clock. If you’re lucky enough to deal with the vice president of the company, a friendly fellow named, Chris, He will attentively call you at each step in the process, to assure you that everything is going through, (The rate I got was spectacular, they even paid for the appraisal), and he will do everything in his power to make sure it does. First, I would like to tell everyone of the great experience I had with Financial Freedom Mortgage. Kareem Smith, who was my licensed loan officer, was the best. Very professional. He called my every night to let me know how my loan was coming along and what he needed. I know Kareem worked very hard for me to get this refinance done for me. I know first hand he worked long hours to get this done for me. If I had any pull at all I would make him management and give him a big raise. Seriously. If I ever need another refinance I wouldn't hesitate at all in calling him up. He was first class all the way! My first experience refinancing was not pleasant, so even though I wanted to refinance I avoid doing so, until Kareem called me, and convinced me to refinance and guided me thru the whole process. If I had questions he was a phone call away. The hole process went smooth and fast.

Financial Freedom was very easy and pleasant to work with. I was a bit suspicious at first. My credit was not great but not terrible either. I was not sure they could deliver on a loan with a decent rate. In the end I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get a loan and take out some money to pay off some high interest debt and get some needed repairs done on my house. Anthony did a pretty good job keeping me informed of what was going on. The true hero though was Miya Bauldock. my processor. She always answered the phone even after my loan had moved past her desk. If I had a question she would work to get me an immediate answer. If you have average credit but really need to get some cash out of your house. Go to Freedom Financial first. They will be honest and up front with you.

If you ever need to refinance your home go with Financial Freedom Mortgage. They beat Rocket Mortgage hands down.MUCH better rate and fast closing. I started a refi with Rocket but they kept dragging their feet. 3+ months went with Financial Freedom and closed in 20 days. Great people to work with.

Financial Freedom Mortgage has always provided me with great service when refinancing my home. They believe in the personal touch which allows you to ask questions and understand exactly what you are applying for (i.e. Fees, percentage rate, etc.). But the best part of using a company like this is their ability to beat offers from most banks. I have refinanced in the past with a well known bank but after finding Financial Freedom Mortgage I will always use them for any mortgage needs.

I never thought i would be giving a 5 star rating to a mortgage company but i have got to say they wow’d me!! I am not detail oriented & numbers often confuse me. This company called me today asking what they could do for me. I was confused because I did not recall calling them. I stated that I was already refinancing with a company and that I was in the underwriting phase, and besides I had already paid for an appraisal and I didn't want to have to pay for another one. The screener proceeded to tell me that it was not too late since I hadn’t closed, that an appraisal was free with them and that they could offer me a better rate, even after I disclosed my credit score. I decided to go ahead and see what they could offer me. When the loan officer got on the phone, she proceeded to ask me the same questions the screener spend 15 minutes asking me; and I immediately became annoyed. She said the appraisal was not free. First lie! She tried to convince me that I was making a poor financial decision and that a 30-year mortgage was better for me. She spent this time interrogating me about my credit history (remember I had already disclosed my credit score to them) and shaming me on my retirement savings and credit card debt. On top of everything else she was being sarcastic trying to disparage the financial company I did choose claiming she hadn’t heard of them and that I was in underwriting for two months, implying that I was not going to get the loan. (Note: I started the process with my financial company on Oct 26). In the end they never disclosed what they were offering me insisting that I had to make an appt with them so that they could present to me the terms “in person, in black and white”. I finally had to hang up as there was no rationalizing with this women. She was rude, sarcastic and downright disrespectful. I did not call them, they called me. I am shocked that anyone would talk to a person they were looking to do business with in this way. They prefaced every rude comment by saying they were trying to help me. It was downright disgusting as I saw right though the facade. Their only interest was trying to make money off of me. Be forewarned when dealing with this company. Mortgage companies should disclose the terms of the loan upfront. It’s the law!

Definitely recommend Financial Freedom Mortgage. They refinanced my home and my parents. Mr. Allen Holland very nice man came to my house and did all the paperwork to get my refinance started. When it was time to close they also came to my house for me to sign all the paperwork. I love that I didn't have to go nowhere to get this done. They do a good job of convincing you that you are set to go, and then they pull the rug out from under you at the last minute. Frankly I for one will never trust them enough to do business with again, but that is just me. I feel like I was lied too.

I am extremely impressed with Financial Freedom Mortgage. First, a vice-president visited my residence in person to facilitate paperwork and to review documents. This in-home visit made the process very easy and reduces my need to transmit personal data over the internet. Second, this company was able to close my refinance within just a couple of weeks, which was several weeks faster than any other refinance company I contacted. Third, FFM kept its promises regarding its quoted interest rate, which was very competitive. Kareem S., my loan originator, Iyana R., my processor, Cameron B., the vice-president, and Amanda C., my title clerk, were all tremendous. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the mortgage product. Everyone was professional and very courteous throughout the process. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY CONTACTED MY PARENTS TO “HELP WITH REFINANCE” BEFORE THEY START WORKING WITH MY PARENTS DOCUMENTS THEY NEW THAT THEY ARE RETIRED AND LOW CREDIT SCORE. WE DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY CALLS OR UPDATE FOR 3 WEEKS, NOW THEY JUST SAID THEY CAN’T GET THE APPROVAL BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOME AND OFF COURSE MY PARENTS JUST WAISTED $600 FOR AN APPRAISAL THAT NOT EVEN CAN GRT A COPY OF IT. ASHLEY ABRAHAM IS THE WORST "PROFESSIONAL" WE EVER MET. IS UNACCEPTABLE TO HAVE SOMEONE IN A COMPANY LIKE THIS TRASH. SHE'S NOT DOING A FAVOR, THAT'S HER JOB WHEN ASHLEY AND ANTHONY SPOKE WITH MY PARENTS THEY NEW ABOUT MY PARENTS CREDIT SCORE AND INCOME AND THEY TOLD THEM THEY WILL GIVE THE APPROVAL BECAUSE THEY HAVE THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMERS ALL THE TIME. WE NEED TO GET THE COPY OF THE REPORT FOR THE APPRAISAL THAT MY PARENTS PAID FOR $585 AND I HOPE WE DON'T GET ANYMORE CHARGES FOR THAT APPRAISAL AS SHE SAID THAT WILL BE $150 TO GET THE PICTURES OF FIXED AREAS.

Once I decided to use Freedom to refinance my home, The process was quite smooth and painless. It wasn't necessary to have someone come to my house to fill out the paperwork, but they were very friendly and made it a pleasant experience. (Even with masks and social distancing).
