Michael was our rock through the entire process. Was given two names for mortgage brokers from our realtor and called Michael first. Never called the second person. I prefer to only deal with straight shooters that tell it like it is. That's how I would describe Michael. I needed to make large financial decisions so I needed to hear the good and the bad. From day 1 Michael told us the deal would go through and we'd get a mortgage no problem. He made good on that promise. When there was a bump in the road, because there always is, he quickly put my mind at ease and handled the situation. His entire back office team were a joy to work with as well too. I will recommend Michael to anyone I know needing mortgage services in the future.

I just closed a deal with Nick DeJesus and his team. I was the listing agent. I always prefer working with local lenders and for these very reasons. Mark work hard for me to get my loan approved. Provided me with lots of knowledge and information regarding the loan and what's expected trough the whole process. Mark was very patient, empathetic and did not give up. Now my children and I have a home. And I thank him and everyone else in his team that made sure I bought my first home.

The people I had to work with were not friendly, had poor communication skills, and made a pretty huge mistake with my mortgage payment calculation that wasn’t recognized until my closing day. My mortgage jumped $180.00 more a month because of their error. No apologies, no explanation.

I work with lots and lots of lenders. Two-way communication is a huge part of a transaction. Shawn and her team did a great job of keeping me and my client informed throughout the process to help ensure a timely and smooth closing.

Jaime and Ed know what they are doing and they do it well. Some lenders can be hard to reach, they lack good communication skills and ignore sales contract deadlines that impacts the transaction being able to close. Jaime and Ed kept me in the loop, where ahead of schedule on everything. It's that type of work ethic that makes my clients and happy and helps assure a transaction will close. I really, really appreciate them for being first-rate professionals.

I have had nothing but problems with trying to get a loan for a house I own. Edward Yucis who is the Mortgage Loan Originator is a wonderful asset to the company and has went above and beyond his job to help. But I cant say the same for Rachel one of the Sr Loan processers. She doesn't know how to do her job. If you call her she doesn't return calls and has NO follow up. When you do finally get ahold of her its only asking for MORE documents. The underwriters do not read what is submitted will deny because they didn't read correctly what is submitted so its a waiting game for them to actually read what is wrote. its resubmitting documents over and over. I have two homes with a plan for more in the near future and would not use this company again. I made the mistake with these two properties. I do not recommend.

He was very pleasant and professional and made the mortgage process much easier than I expected it would be based on my experiences with other lenders. As closing costs were updated we received quick notification and we felt very prepared for our closing day. I recommend Nick and his team to anyone in need of a home loan.
