After various search results of lenders with recent undesirable reviews / experiences, I stumbled across Finance Factory and was impressed with recent reviews. I reached out to them, and I had the pleasure to work with Mitch Conte and Jared Mcardle. With a “all business, no nonsense” mindset, and a strong sense of integrity, they took a moment to learn and understand my needs and worked collectively as a team to help me acquire the finances I needed to accomplish my goals in a timely manner. I cannot say enough great things about Finance Factory. I worked with Sam, Jared & Jeremy and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I mainly worked with Jared and he was amazing. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. He was extremely responsive, professional and always available when I needed him. He always helped calm my nerves through the funding process. The entire process from initial application to receiving my funds was so quick and seamless. He helped me when no one else could. I cannot thank him enough and I would recommend him for anyone looking for funding. He has made my dream of opening my business a reality.

I would avoid these people. They can get you the low hanging fruit (credit cards) which you can probably do yourself if you're diligent. But as far as getting the loan you really need they will try to get you that next after the easy stuff to get your loan AND their fees higher. I'd stay clear, they got me a credit card that wouldn't help with my mortgage. My mistake, I could have done that myself.

Finance Factory was really helpful and knowledgeable with this entire process. Sam, Diana and Jeremy (in underwriting) each worked with me at different times explaining how each step of the process would work and were very good with responses and follow up. I was able to get the best lines of credit and in addition, establish them under my new business's credit. They were patient and did all the leg work and the things I didn't have time to do. I now have available credit at my disposal to build my business and both cards beginning with an introductory 0%APR. Yes, I'll take it!

I had a great experience with Finance Factory, and in particular with my account manager Jean V. She has been super professional, and responsive through out the process of getting me the loan I needed for my start up. The amount Jean and her team were able to get was even more than I initially expected, which was a great surprise. I will add that even in middle of the process Jean heard me out, made tweaks to the loan, showing flexibility on their end and more importantly high level of customer service. I recommend Finance Factory to others who are trying to startup a business and are in need of a loan, they got the job done for me and the process was smooth. I found Finance Factory through Lending Tree, when the app crashed. I was frustrated because I thought I'd have to do the forms again. Finance Factory actually reached out to me by phone, and introduced themselves. The first person I connected with was Sam, and he was friendly and knowledgable. More importantly, he was aware of what he didn't know, as well, and in the end, every stage with him transpired in exactly the process he stated it would. It was easy onboarding. In moving to a second stage, I worked with Cole. Cole literally listened to me ramble for hours about my ideas and I genuinely believed he enjoyed every minute of it. Beyond that, he got me great rates, he pinged my credit the exact amount of times he said he would to get the job done, no more. At the time of writing this review, I have received the funding I needed. Interestingly enough, the banks I'm approved with also sent me letters declining the loan initially. I have decent credit, not impeccable credit, and these were unsecured loans, so for those familiar, that means the folks at Finance Factory worked some magic, and without that, it wasn't happening. This is something I know, not something they stated. In the world of finance, to "work magic" with grace, and quiet precision, without even taking credit for it, is remarkable. And, the whole thing was done 100% remotely, with minimal action required on my end. I admit, I was a little hesitant at first due to the consultancy fee, but looking back, I'm more than confident I saved in time and convenience whatever it cost me to pay their fees. I'd do it again. More important, my credit report barely even felt it, and I'd imagine they did a good bit of shopping around. They also had an alternative lender they discouraged me from using, despite it likely being in their best interest to close it, which shows honesty. Highly recommended, maybe not for penny pinchers, but definitely for folk who don't mind paying a little more for quality and convenience. Thanks again, all!
