Mr. Robert Perry was amazing. He laid out a simplistic plan and notified me directly when he needed anything from me. The whole process was smooth and fast. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone that is buying a home or refinancing. He was able to get me money to remove my debt, lower my rate, and keep my payment within $100.00 of where it was. Highly recommend!

June and I worked closely for several months where we learned about each other. We talked about our families, are likes, we shared frustrations but always focused on the solution. June took time out to explain tiny details to help me better understand my best options. He never gave up on my very very difficult case my previous Lender put me in even if others told him to, he didn't. He even paired me with an Insurance agent who lowered my Auto payments and offered a policy that covers so much more on my home than what I had. Chris went above and beyond to secure for me the loan terms that I needed. He was responsive and available throughout the entire refinancing process and fulfilled all commitments that he made. I am a skeptical person but he proved to be a man of his word.

Jarod C. happened to catch me on a day with his positive, energetic personality. I usually hang up or say no thank you. Jarod and his team worked really hard to pull this together. There were some confusion with communication, but Jarod quickly handled it and had everything under control. He kept me up to date before I could ask on some days. Jarod is extremely personable, but he also works very hard. He had to deal with me and my work stress and such and seemed to be caring. I would definitely recommend Jarod and Contour Mortgage for all of your mortgage needs. They even have an in-house insurance broker who was able to cut about $50-75 off my monthly mortgage. It was an exceptional experience.

Just completed a home refinance with Contour Mortgage (from a referral) and was not disappointed. Although, the process can be overwhelming at times (documentation) the Contour staff was super helpful in the overall navigation. He served as our loan officer, financial guide and most importantly he was extremely truthful with us. We could tell he wanted our loan to close but he advised us on what it means to be financially free or....on our way at least. What a great experience. Josh was a breath of fresh air! I had many questions and acted as if I was his only customer and was constantly calling, emailing him with my questions and concerns. First, let me start by saying my experience with Contour was phenomenal. Gavin and Jeremy worked with my loan continuously. Even while understaffed due to COVID, they checked in to see how are things goings, explained in detail what I needed and why, and clarified the step processes of the loan. They worked quickly to achieve our goal and made the experience as unpretentious as possible. Their numbers and estimates were “spot on” and they were up front on all the costs associated with my transaction and told me what to expect. Their can do attitude and courtliness went a long way in making the process less formidable. Truly, a great team of professionals and for that I am grateful.

My experience with this company was awesome. Starting with the initial contact from Joshua Pomles who provided excellent customer service. It was his professionalism & honesty that influenced me to choose Contour Mortgage. My previous lender offered me refinancing services at a great rate however, the customer service was the deal breaker for me. When I shared this information with Mr. Pomles not only was he able to match their rate but he kept me informed throughout the process without making me feel as if his offer was the best I could get, which is what I was told by the loan officer from previous mortgage company in which I had been with for 2 years. I am pleased with the loan terms & services. Wonderful refinancing experience.

First few times working with them was amazing. This past time not so much. The refinances took forever and they are working with a very shady title company. The steps taken to finish the refinance were very jumbled. The correct amounts were not held for property taxes in the end. I was left on the hook for $8000 plus for property taxes in the very end. I am very disappointed because this company was great in the beginning.

William was our go to. He was great, professional and always answered a call or text immediately. Couldn't have had a better experience. Will 100% use contour mortgage in the future.

This company will say anything and everything to get you to do what they want. Nothing but smoke and mirrors and false promises. Shady paperwork practices as well. Avoid at all cost.
