Great service! I came here after leaving the horrible Buffalo Grove location. This is a brand new construction and design. It is spacious, modern and bright. I was helped immediately by Kyle. He was polite and explained the promotion and options in a clear way. He was not at all pushy. The office is private, and the door is a glass door. You can see out so you do not feel claustrophobic, but you have privacy. The workers seem to have a good relationship, as the $25 debit card was brought in by another worker. Paperless sign up for a bank account! You get verification codes to your phone during sign up. Easy! The folder you get has everything tab marked, and it is easy to read. All of my questions and concerns were answered.

Not a bank I would go back to has a weird vibe inside no actual tellers. Not a place that makes you say I trust you with my money.

whoever plows the lot here should be fired along with the supervising manager. multiple entrances significantly blocked by snow and ice more than a week after the most recent significant snowfall.
