Sitting behind that window is one of the rudest, laziest persons with a really bad attitude I have ever faced at a place of business. Won't ever set foot in the place again. EVER. For any reason. I'll drive all the way to a great currency exchange in Schaumburg where they are very nice, and service-oriented.

Would rate no stars if I could. Really rude employee, she would not give me her name, but she was the lady with glasses and short hair. She was in a bad mood from the get-go. Called corporate office and left a message about the bad service. I do not normally leave reviews but this service was so bad, I had to. I just want to save everyone else's time and let everyone know that they should avoid coming here. It is not worth your time to leave currency exchange with a headache. All that aside, they also do not follow CDC regulations for COVID - 19, no mask on while working and she is handling everyones' money and services.

I called up to check on information given to me and they just put aside the phone and went on doing their own stuff. I even paid for services which I did not even get plus extra because I had to withdraw money from their atm that does not have any denotion less than 20 dollars and it charged me extra for withdrawing.

There are two really nice ladies in there. They are very patient and helpful. My mom is a good customer to them and they always take their time with her to make sure she is happy. Thank you for going that extra mile with her.

Terrible experience,!! They charge me 492.75 for my car registration and plates..... when i asked for the details about what i was pasying they avoid it answering the DMV will send that details. They didnt write right address and name . It was the first car registration in my life so i didnt know about prices but now i realized they steal from me. Definitelly DONT GO WITH THEM!!!

Very unprofessional they don't abide by their own pricing list, I had to get something notarized, was charged $5.00 when it's clearly listed the cost is $1.00 per signature, I showed the price to the individual helping me and she said hmmm most of our currency exchange prices are $3-$5 (which is a lie). Don't go here for notary you can go.to the UPS store to get something notarized for $1.00, if only I'm known before I paid. NEVER NEVER AGAIN! I won't be using their services for anything again PERIOD, I'll drive an extra 10-15 minutes for good service beats being ripped off and having to deal with bad service.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. A very rude female Spanish-speaking customer service representative. She was extremely rude. We were trying to understand, but she thinks we can't understand English. I don't want to be rude, but it's her English that we couldn't understand. She doesn't have to be so aggressive and rude to cover her insecurity about her abilities.

Very very rude and impolite. I went to this place per ComEd request to enter my information into system. But the employee named Sandy gave me a terrible experience I have never seen anywhere else. She didn't even listen to me or answer me. She gave me facial responses to stop talking. I really suggest you to avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your whole day!

The customer service is very poor, they only treat you well if your a certain enthincty. I'm never provided a receipt after a transaction...even if its buying quarters. Shouldnt I know what your fee is, on paper? Everyone isn't a criminal, and not looking to commit fraud. I've worked in the bank industry for over 10yrs...and fraud didn't discriminate. It came in all different ways race etc. Just food for thought.

The ladies are very nice to me and courteous. They are friendly and I like how take care of my needs when I go there.
