Fifth Third Bank & ATM Dixie Hwy, Clarkston

Worst bank Iv ever had. I own my own small painting company and deposited a check into my account and they are holding all funds for 14 days then when i said i finally had enough with all there fees charges and rude service people on the phone i go into the bank to close my account and still won’t give me my company’s money and on top of it since trying to close it and waiting to get my money they are trying to charge me another 29 service charge. Straight trash worse company. Take your business where your appreciates and talked to with respect.

This bank tried to tell is they couldn't cash a $16,000 check issued from their bank to us, said they didn't have the funds and couldn't issue part in cash and part in money orders because we're weren't members. So you're saying you're a supposedly major bank but you don't have $16,000 in cash

My son deposits a $225 check and they put a hold on his check for 14 days. Told him its because he's a new account holder.

Not sure why the terrible one

Distrustful employees who will say anything to get you to sign up for an account. Then when you get charges or fees that you were not expecting, they will do nothing about it. I have encountered mistakes at other banks where a charge was posted but those banks (like Chase) will remove those charges but Fifth Third will not. I will never do business with such an untrustworthy bank again.

This has been my home branch for over 10 years. The staff is always incredibly accommodating and I am always assisted quickly.

Wants to charge a $5 fee on a $16 issued from their Bank of a grocery store chain. Can we say loan shark business amount. My credit union charges NOTHING. Bank somewhere else!!!!
