A few months ago I opened a small business account, Robert, is hands down the most attentive and sincere Banker I have ever come across. Went back and opened up a savings and checking account with him today, he really want above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explain everything in great detail! I highly recommend this branch as everyone is friendly but Robert definitely takes the cake!

This has the worst ATM of any bank I have ever used. My checks cannot be deposited here; however, if I go to ANY OTHER Fifth Third ATM, my checks are always deposited. Complaints to the people inside and on Fifth Third's customer service number are ignored.

If you are buying a home this is not the bank you want to do business. My wife and I lost hope after they denied my loan due to a lack of professionalism of our loan officer ( Izzy Morales). Thank GOD we act quickly and move our case to another bank where we where approved in less than 2 weeks.
