    In past we have had great service, especially from Tammie. Recently dealing with "Brain " who is arrogant. We have been waiting 3 days for a routine copy of statements. We have gotten excuses but no statements. Later today-- Matter resolved today to our satisfaction. Thank you Brian for your courtesy and attention.

    U pay them.to have account.in overdraft Fees I have been with fifth third for years and they keep making excuses say u have exceed overdraft coverage and then turns around overdraft once again....

    These banks have alot of bad reviews.... Makes you wonder .. won't bank with them or none of my family or friends will. Better business bureau not any better
