I've only just bought from here but anytime I've ever been inside everyone is always SO nice & professional. Very hands on & interactions never feel forced or rushed. I've purchased a number of items from here & have always been satisfied. Very friendly & I've never been talked down to as a female or be given a bad attitude which goes a long way w me!

Great place that gives you the best prices in town! Very nice people with great stories, family type atmosphere. This will be my go to from this day forward!

Great place with amazing people. I've always been treated nice whether I'm pawning, paying a loan, or just browsing. Wide variety of unique jewelry and antiques for those interested, as well as a fair array of cutlery and appliances to choose from.

Anytime I have ever came up short, Uncle Miltie’s has always had my back. They are very friendly and very professional, honest and are great with my kiddos when we come in. I have been doing business with them for almost a year now and they have my business for life. There is NO other pawn shop that compares to them when it comes to quality customer service, decent pricing and all around a family and friend atmosphere. This pawn shop is one of the best in Louisville. It's a down to earth, family ran, very safe feeling place soon as you walk through the doors. Always helpful and willing to work with each customers individual needs. They send alerts to your smart phone so you never miss a payment or loose anything you pawn. If you buy something and by chance it doesn't work they will give in store credit no questions asked. Great place the only pawn shop I've used for 3 years. Keep up the great work guys!!😁

It was a great experience both times I’ve went. I bought her engagement ring there for a great price so I went back and bought my wedding band for a great price. Both times everyone there was extremely helpful, and they didn’t try to talk me in to buying expensive. This last experience he was letting me know what wouldn’t work for what I was looking for and actually saved me several hundred dollars!!! It was great.

I went to uncle milties after experiencing the loss of a family member I had been to a couple of other shops already and when I explained what I needed money for the whole staff immediately treated me like I was important ,they were eventually sympathetic to my situation and did everything they could to get me the money for my pawn.the rates were comparable and even better than some. I felt comfortable.leavingvying my belongings there so. I highly recommend uncle milties

The staff are very friendly and they're well staffed so there's never a wait for assistance. I definitely recommend them for pawn loans, lay away, purchases, or just simply browsing 😊

They literally offered me 500$ for a brand new glock 23 with a .357 sig Sauer barrel, and a black out .300. Biggest crooks in Louisville. I will never buy a gun here. Or anything for that matter tried to go back, and do different business with them, and they declined to do business with me. Because of a one star review was their words exactly. Give better service next time? Also, I got 600$ alone for my glock and barrel at Stewart's downtown. Horrible experience here.then you try to play victim by accusing someone of socal extortion? Next, maybe just claim you don't know enough about the time to make an offer that's cool. I got my moneys. My next question is, who ever talked about my timeline in which I bought these firearms? I bought the glock on a black Friday sale two months ago... sooo....? There is someone here who is lying, it's not myself. Lol.

Well for the person that works there who evaluated a pure fine .999 silver panda coin today 4/2/2022 & said it wasn't pure silver as the magnet you used caused the coin to "REPEL" ?? & NOT "STICK or ADHERE"? You were WRONG & should take a class on "HOW" to "KNOW" the difference from "REAL SILVER" other than "NOT" ? "PURE SILVER" will "REPEL" from a magnet & not ADHERE! Where as Fake or non silver will "STICK AND ADHERE" to a magnet! Will never go back there again!

I have been to this place twice to pick up an items at I have had shipped there. The staff is always been friendly cheerful professional. They have been helpful and informing me of anything I need even if it's something I don't want to hear. And have always seemed to have a smile on their face.

I had a bike get pawned there once myself and was able to work with them and pay off the pawn and get my bicycle back. A $20 Pawn end up paying $35 for everything. All for my nice schwinn bike so I was happy. Yeah waz stolen or pawned witout my consent but they said it was there and I OF COURSE paid 35 for my $300 bike. 'sides she needed d $ and I had free roomnboard.

Uncle Miltie's "Doesn't" allows thieves to pawn their stolen goods at this pawn shop...humm.. Employees List items pawned deceptively on Stolen Property Website to avoid items getting noticed by Law Enforcement and returned back to proper owner... Owner tries to deter law enforcement from looking at alleged "stolen item" when police go to this location. When confronted about "possible" stolen item... They deny ever buying stolen items, even when all the circumstantial evidence proves it! Uncle Miltie's response is to sell you your stolen goods back to you..!! Follow up 6/30/2018 You Sir were helpful when I entered your shop. I am unaware of an attitude, if you mean me describing my side of the situation as being the Original Victim of the crime..and how I was not going to become a victim of having to pay you to give me my stolen property..how receiving stolen property would be a case you would have to deal with conserning the guy that sold it to you.. You Mr Blu (Manager) even told me I would get it back in 4months for free when it came out of pawn "your personal word"...which I agreed to do. Everything was over..I was about to leave. You then for no reason threatend to do "other things" with my property once it was out of pawn including not giving it to me..you suggested selling it and making your money back!......and you kept referring to this review!

I very been dealing with uncle milties pawn shop for several yrs and know most of the staff and the owners. They have always been fair about lending ,buying and selling to me they are family run and are very knowledgeable about any type of items they may be buying and or selling and have always offered more for lending than any other pawn a shop in town. And since becoming a regular customer they treat me like family

I’ve been to a lot of pawn shops in my days, but just the appearance inside shows these folks take pride in their store. Service; outstanding... not your typical, give you as little as possible for your merchandise seen at other shops.. They do all they can to meet your needs. I won’t be going anywhere else..

I'm trying to find the right words to describe how much I love doing business with you all.
