Fifth Third Bank & ATM E Hillsborough Ave, Tampa

This past weekend I ate at Yummy House which is next to 5/3 Bank. After coming out I cannot find my car and after talking to Yummy House I found out that 5/3 had started towing cars. The parking spots are between the two businesses and do not have any signs indicating whose spots they are. It is definitely not clear that these spots are 5/3 Bank's. This was at 2pm, the bank had closed at Noon, and there were many open spaces all around. No obvious reason not to park where we did. If 5/3 Bank had signs saying the spots were theirs I easily would have found another spot. I am the care giver for my 85 year old Korean War Veteran Father-in-law. So here we are outside in the 90+ degree weather and he can barely move with his walker. I am trying to figure out where the car is and how to get there with him and have concerns that he is going to get heat stroke. We have been in this parking area the past 10 years and this has never happened to anyone I am aware of. Yummy House told us that 5/3 Bank just started doing this recently. After some looking we found a small tow sign up front that you could not see from the direction we came in on.These measures are very severe especially when you do not have signs indicating whose spots they are. From now on poor unsuspecting people will come to eat at Yummy House and a bunch of them will be towed since there are no clear signs saying they are 5/3 Bank's parking spots. Each tow costs $200, which is a lot of money especially on our budget. I think if 5/3 Bank is going to tow, they need to put up proper signage.Other businesses do that which is the right thing to do. It appears to me that 5/3 Bank does not care about people nor what they do to them. What 5/3 Bank is doing is not right, not right at all.

Sarah's got ya 💸✌ if your tired of jumping through flaming hoops to confirm yr identity to some stranger who barely speaks english at your banks call center, i recommend banking with someone who knows your name & recognizes yr voice when u call like sarah

Great customer service. Very fast. Kevin was very friendly as well as whoever answered my question over the phone (was a woman but didn’t hear what she said her name was because I’m hard of hearing). Don’t have an account with them but now thinking I might -Michelle

Katie who was very nonchalant and rude 04/03/2021 I wanted to open a business account and as advised her this was third 5/3 that I went that was unable to assist me she was like ok and we are busy on Saturday's make an appointment during the week. I would never come back again

My Bank The Best Banking Staff in the world. Fifth Third Banks Rock. I love the service, you'll always be welcomed with a smile and you arw safe while you are there. Opening Accounts is easy and they explain everything to you so you have a clear understanding what financial companies arw backing them. Also will let you what you get if something is to happen to your identy. This is my Bamk and i recommend it to everyone.

Poor customer service. I got there at the same time with other two costumers to meet with account agents, there were two at the time. One went inside, maybe for a lunch brake, the other one took about 45 min with the first costumer while me and the other two were waiting. I finally came in second. Who knows how long the other one had to wait! They seemed to not care at all about people's business and how long we had to wait. I learned later on that one of the agent was the branch manager. I hope I don't I have to come back to that branch, at least not find the same personnel. Defenetly it will not be the bank I would use for my personal finances.

Called this bank today. I was on hold for 20 minutes only to get 2 representatives that were not helpful at all literally just tried to get me off the phone. I was calling to get information about possibly getting a construction loan with the back but with this service I’m honestly kind of scared.
