Value Pawn & Jewelry E Hillsborough Ave, Tampa

I went to this Pawn Shop earlier this month to buy a Nintendo Switch and not only did I get a great deal, but everything was there, everything worked and the Customer Service was beyond my expectations! I had so many questions and ladies who worked there that day (Can't recall their names) but one was an older White woman and the other a Plus sized Latina with glasses. She had very great knowledge on a lot of the things that I needed to know and the ladies were very friendly. I usually go to the Pawn Shops near my area but after my experience there, I will be back for future purchases. I've had my switch for almost 2 weeks and it works like Brand New!

Jennifer was very professional and helpful from the time I walked in with my sister whom I was with. Had Jennifer not been so helpful and informational I wouldn’t have gotten anything. Great customer service! Jennifer helped me buy a Xbox controller for my boyfriend and she really went above and beyond by hooking it up to a tv and Xbox to assure me it was working properly. She did a good job explaining the protection program for it so I was able to get that too. I’ll definitely be coming back !!

One of the best value Pawns out there. They were quick and prompt. Very friendly and pretty funny. The manager is aware of everything going on and said hi to all her customers. My wife and I went in today to purchase a TV screen and we got above and beyond excellent customer service from Ms.Joy. She told us about our reward points (that we didn't even know existed) and we ended up getting the TV screen for $3 and some change. Thank you so much Ms. Joy! We'll definitely be coming back.

For the last 2 months I have had Chris, Vanessa and Jen help my with my account. They have always been attentive to my account. Letting me reminding me if I forget a payment. I trust them and this location to the fullest. Fyi my account is with another location. I do not hear from them ever.

Was searching for Wedding ring for my 10yr anniversary and Jennifer was so polite and so helpful... I would recommend you check this store they have many items great layaway plans and other options... I give this store an A+

One of the best experiences I've had dealing with pawn shops I've ever had. I just got into the world of sneakers and realized some pawn shops started selling them. I went here on a whim, because I was just killing time. I found a pair of sneakers that were a good price and was holding them in my hand. A random customer saw me holding the sneaker and started talking to me about how fresh he thought the sneaker was. We talked for 10 mins and then, I decided to buy them. Ray (the cashier) said, "Yo, my man. I got another pair you might be interested in." He goes in the back, and sure enough, grabs another pair that they were about to put on the floor. He was right, so I bought both pairs. Let's just say it was an early Christmas gift to myself. Considering the shoes were used, they were in great shape. I had a great conversation with Ray about sneakers, and let's just say, he's more of a sneakerhead than I am. There was another gentlemen who works there as well, and he joined in on the conversation as well. He told me that they get sneakers all the time and come by to see what they have. There was a slight issue, but the woman working the floor, believe she was a manager, fixed the situation. All in all, an incredible experience overall. Ray and the staff working at this pawn shop, couldn't be happier with my purchases. Highly recommend. A+++ all the way.
