Always a Great day when you go to the Bank and they tell you, that you have more Money than you thought!!

Allowed us to create an account online. After transferring 300 dollars into the account they closed the account and swear there is no record of the money. Amazing that a bank is allowed to operate this way. Surely this is fraud.

Even's knows how to get the job done , this bank is so fast, this bank rocks , I love the people at this bank ,they work relay hard to get the job done ! you guys always impress me . "Even" you are a 5 out of 5 stars brother. you make 53 look like 100% the beast in town for banking,,,, and don't think i don't see the team around you, they are top notch TOO AND friendly and they have a grate "WINNING PERSONALITY'S" YOU ALL ARE A FUN BANK TO DO BUSINESS WITH .....

Every single time we go to this branch and ask them to do something, they do the wrong thing. Worst branch of all time. Only issues

Nothing but problems and bad attitudes. This is archaic approach to banking and will be the reason this bank will not be prevalent in the future. My mother sent me a Christmas check. She forgot to put the date, she put the year, not the month and day. The intolerant reaction was as if I had stolen the check. Offered to have them call her, or her call them. “NO, we won’t cash the check.” I’m a single mother, ever penny counts, the second I get it. This is food money for my kid this week. What a pain, and rude. Will tell anyone to avoid this and go to a credit union!

First I must say that Phil Ledbetter is a great person and welcomed me really warm. BUT .... I went there to open an account with them after receiving a promotional email. As an international student, I provided all the necessary documents to them, but was told their system has issues and cannot proceed with my application. They were supposed to call me back and let me know when they fix it. It is now two weeks and I have not heard back from them. I tried to call them and did leave a message, but no response. Now I see why people choose PNC over 5/3. I could easily open an account with PNC when it was only one month since my arrival in the US without any background info.

No issues. Easy access, easy parking. Was the only inside customer at that time

The people are friendly and nice but i do not like how they do business. i have decided to move to another bank after being a customer there for many years.

I was just put on hold after asking to verify if a check has been deposited and since Erica, the person who answered the phone didn’t know the answer, she decided to waste my time by putting me on “hold” for 20 minutes hoping id hang up.
