I've been a customer for years. They have always been friendly, helpful, and on top of whatever I need. I'd have to say my favorite person there is John. I have NEVER walked into this branch without feeling welcome, like i am visting an old friend. I get noticed immediately and if the tellers are busy they still acknowledge your presence . (And sometimes it is by name!)

**This review is based off of 3 separate visits in 2 weeks. Besides welcoming me when I enter the door and asking how I am, I’m invisible. The women will sit there and have a conversation with each other while processing my transaction. Definitely not professional and it makes me feel like I’m just a number. I KNOW it is not 5/3s way. Instead of driving 5 minutes down the road, I’ll drive all the way to Wadsworth where I always feel welcomed and get their undivided attention as customers should.
