Let me start by saying ... I usually don’t do reviews.. but after my experience I feel like it’s needed. I’m very surprised with the comments before me bc my visits are nothing less than 5 stars. The tellers are very friendly and always greet with a happy hello and smile , my visits are always quick and easy..and when I need banking help!! Somebody find DUSTY!!!! who is nothing less than amazing . She’s super helpful, very knowledgeable and gives great financial help and advice... I know that she will go out of her way to help any customer... you would be crazy not to go to this branch... and rennet .. go see dusty

I absolutely love this branch! I have never had an issue at all. Very professional and nice staff. Andrew is amazing. He is so helpful and anytime i have any questions about my accounts he’s always there for me. I will probably be banking with them forever! Thanks again Andrew!!

Very unprofessional staff. They were issuing a cashiers check for 40 min. They misspelled my name 3 times and had to reissue. Charged me twice for the same check. The bankers are unfriendly and not customer oriented. Would never go back.

Worst banking experience I have ever had. The tellers were extremely friendly and helped as much as they could, but when I needed to speak with a banker, the service I received was TERRIBLE!!!! He treated me as if I were beneath him and not good enough to even be in his office. Then, he proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do for me, which was a lie because I went to another branch, and they were happy to help! Lucky for him, I don't remember his name or I would report him for his rudeness and unprofessional attitude. I will never step foot in that branch again, and will probably end up closing my account with them because the other branch is too far away from me. They are losing a good customer. Sucks for them.

If you are a 53 customer, avoid this location. We had a business and personal account.. Every time I visited this location the deposit or withdrawal took 5-10 minutes longer than normal due to them doing nearly a criminal background check. We are closing all accounts with them and moving to a more friendly and personal bank.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They always recognize me and say hello when I do banking inside.
