Fifth Third Bank & ATM Memorial Blvd, Murfreesboro

The bank tellers don’t care. I deposited a significant amount of money into the “after hours” ATM. The machine took the money and displayed a massage saying it was unable to detect the amount. It gave me debit card and took the money without crediting the account. Went into the brunch to get help. They frankly didn’t care. They said “there’s nothing we can do”. They just sent me away with a phone number. I have called the number to no avail. I understand that they might not have access to the ATM machine, but they didn’t offer to call a manager or connect me directly to someone. Keep in mind we’ve bank at 5/3rd for over 10 years. I am closing my accounts and going to a credit union. This is one of too many. Go someone else!

I became a member with 5th 3rd a little over 2 months ago, but I had banked with them before. It didn't go well. This time, Ryan was extremely welcoming the second I came in the door, which was close to closing on a Friday. He seemed very knowledgeable in all of 5th 3rds products, well also respecting the fact I was in a hurry. He told me he would call me 2 days, 2 weeks and 2 months after opening the accounts, and i was impressed that he did. My only issue, which is my fault, is that I didn't get the sign up bonus for opening my checking account 😒 All in all, this branch is a great 5th 3rd branch to be a patron of.

5/3rd as a whole I've had a good experience with... however this particular location does not care about you at all. They don't care about your time, and they won't put in any work to help you. Their favorite phrases are "Not here" and "I can't"

Easy to use and we'll lite there is also a walk up atm in the building for bank customers only due to the fact that you have to use your atm card to enter
