Fifth Third Bank & ATM S Marshfield Ave, Chicago

Very clean place. But I don't understand why u have a limit too get out of ur account when it ur money I try fifth third because of the customer service said I am here too make ur Fifth Third Better can't tell when u don't let people know what going months before the rule changes about limits change

Went to this 5'3 bank location because of the reviews it has received. Was I disappointed. I now see the majority of these reviews are from years ago. The "Retail Personal Banker" was unable or unaware of how to do her job to rectify my issues with mortgage /principal payments and postings. It appeared she would rather make a call and have someone else do it, and talk to me about the situation for she lacked the knowledge of making the corrections herself. The "Banker" who's office I was in actually hung upon on the person she was talking to. I headed straight to the branch on 94th & Cicero where the "Retail Personal Banker" went into the system, stated what was to be corrected and was done in 10 minutes. I had done business on Cicero before, but I try to do business in businesses near me first when possible. I'll be driving the extra miles to the Cicero branch in the future, because it appears certain ares just don't get the same qualified customer services and experiences.

Very very slow. I had to come in to pay a car note because 5/3 falsely tells you you have 10 grace days to pay your note but if you pay on weekend those times do not count on weekends if that falls on a sat or Sunday because their online system is not sophisticated enough to take weekend payments so it doesn't reflect until that Monday or Tuesday at which time they consider it late WHEN YOURE NOT LATE!!!!

Extremely slow service. As a business owner I have more important things to do. Almost thirty minutes to deposit checks today. It's ridiculous and the line as not long. I'll be looking forward to banking with somewhere else soon.

Been waiting a good 20 minutes which is fine since it’s Friday and Fridays are typically busy. BUT This just lady walked away to answer her cell phone as if we couldn’t see her through the glass doors and now I’m waiting for her to finish her call. Why are there only two bankers here??????😑

I deposited a check into my account. It was endorsed to be by my fiance'. The bank "rejected" the check because he is no ton my account. I was told a legal copy of the check would be mailed to be in 10 business days. It's been over 3 months I still have not received the copy of the check to cash. I call customer service they said the branch is the only place that can help. The branch said it was mailed and there is nothing they can do. Basically I'm out of $1400.

Mr.Bryant Tubbs helped me and was extremely professional, courteous and kind. He won me back after an awful experience at another branch. Will be back for sure!

Used to go to the branch , it's a 3min walk from my house. The old man would take 25min or more for me to pay my mortgage. He's a VERY slow person. Now I have to travel to another branch. Shame.

Too slow. Put more tellers on duty on Saturdays. No reason someone should have to wait 25 minutes in line when there's only 2 people ahead of you.
