Cant answer the phone and they tell my mom to call the 24 hour banking center for account balance this is not fun at all!! They need to answer the phone and not leave people hanging.

This bank has horrible customer service and the drive thru is extremely slow, needs more staffing and/or better staffing. It’s absolutely ridiculous for the drive thru line to take an hour and 15 minutes to take care of 3 cars in front of me. As i sit in this line past an hour, definitely my last time coming here.

Terrible customer service. I wasn’t greeted by any of the customer service specialist.I waited in line, and there were no other customers in front of me.I was very disappointed with the service.

Do everything you can to avoid this branch. I’ve been in the drive thru line for an hour, at 830 am on a Wednesday, and I still have two people in front of me. Hire more people if you can’t keep up with demand this is crazy.

Never had a bad experience until today. Tried to contact the branch manager Ms. Boston, to speak about my business account. She was very short with me not helpful at all. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Horrible customer service.

Everytime go to this bank to deposit coins it’s something wrong with the machine or the coin counter shut down at 4pm. They are killing me. I have a vending company 85% of my revenue is coins.

The drive thru line is absolutely terrible..I'm can't believe that every time I come to the drive thru the lines are long & extremely slow...
