Amita is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Rather then listen to the circumstances she pushed as though because of another company I the customer was at fault. I highly recommend going to another branch.

The person behind the desk helping me didn't even know how to do a wire transfer from my account to chase. He was unable to help me because I didn't have the bank wire routing number, which I come to learn from his colleague sitting at the desk next to him that he can easily look it up. It's a simple process. Yet, the person who was helping couldn't even find the bank. Its JP Morgan but he was looking it up as Chase!!! At the end, he told me to call the bank because once the wire goes out there is no getting it back. He really made no effort to help. We didn't feel confident the person was knowledgeable enough and didn't want to risk it so we left. Time to look for another bank!!!!

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER. Rudest reception I have gotten at a bank. I have a 7 million dollar commercial loan at Fifth Third with my company (since the MB days) and experience has been generally positive. This branch made me want to refinance so badly. If it weren't for refinancing costs... Don't bother coming here. Go to any other branch but this one.

They don’t deserve even one star. Two days in a row of trying to deposit 2 checks and experienced the worst customer service

Literally the worst bank I’ve ever been to. When the other Schaumburg location closed I thought this one couldn’t possibly be worse. But I was wrong.

They don't even deserve the one star that I gave them. Hoffman estate should close this bank or for sure change its staff totally. Bad service I don't even want to waste my time to tell of what they did. I stayed seated for two and half hours then went to another bank. I walked in at the other bank and it was a breath of fresh air. I also sort of gotten red carpet treatment. THIS BANK ON 121 Barrington in Schaumberg SUCKS REALLY BAD, BAD, BAD SRRVICE!!!

Was at the bank at 1:35, bank closed at 2. Lady said she cannot take me as there is someone else. What type of customer service is. On top of that, we called before and they said if you come in before 2 we shall help you out. She did not want to help me. Worst fifth third bank ever. Will never ever want to do any business with them in future. I guarantee they going to come back and apologize and wont refund me for my wasted time. If I were you ,I would fire the full staff and close this location. Customer service is why people go to banks, if you don't wanna provide customer service then shut the bank down.

My first time there and Personal banker, Javier Carillo made the experience so simple and easy to understand. Javier is so calm and comforting and pleasant...a joy to work with. I came in the bank very nervous and frazzled over issues that were causing me much stress, and Javier very much calmed those fears and answered all of my questions in a very reassuring way. He's wonderful!!! I don't even want to request anyone else!

Every time I come here to withdraw money they take it out of the wrong account then a hold gets put on my account for over 10 days. I advise you to drive an extra couple of minutes and go to the one on 59 and Irving park.

This is a terrible terrible bank do yourself a favor do not bank here. They charge fees for no reason they even charge you a fee to close your account of $25
