Trinity as always was absolutely pleasant to work with. Stopped by to get some cash since I forgot my wallet at home. She was empathic and willing to help. I provided my license, went through some security verifications. And with a smile and great service she was able to help me. It’s refreshing to see that this type of service with a smile is still available at this chase location. Sincerely Alain

If you speak Spanish and not to much English don’t waste your time here. Need to open an account or invest your money? go over to Chase in Shady Oaks Elgin where you will get the help you deserve. But if you must use this branch I warn you the ATM’s are awful and will eat your checks or cash deposit causing them to keep your money because the investigation they perform is non existent. There is no drive thru and no plans on reopening it even at the request of the elderly and immobile. If wearing a mask is not your preference then be prepared to be verbally harassed into wearing one. They will invade your personal space screaming or follow you across the whole branch. Last crucial piece of advice I have is if you need a financial advisor, your life savings are in better hands anywhere else. Why pay premiums or a percentage of your money to deal with the only devious and grotesque woman working there.

Kinda odd that Bilquees Muhammad, the apparent private client banker, felt the need to be dishonest about what services Chase provides to their customers. When asked if they do auto loans or refinance auto loans, was told they do not. After a quick search online to see if that’s true I discovered that in fact THEY DO provide those types of services. I went back in and asked again if they do, she once again said no. Whenever I questioned why they say online that they do, she got flustered and said “well in the branch we don’t”. Why lie? Why the rush to get me out the door? She wasn’t busy, they had no customers. It’s people like her that causes big companies like Chase to basically eliminate face to face interactions. Soon her job won’t exist anymore, and she’ll probably blame online banking as to why she doesn’t have a position anymore. But the fault will be her own, and the thousands of customer service reps like her.

Terrible customer service. They just care about going home early

I would not recommend anyone to establish any account, personal checking or business account based on my experience with JPMORGAN Chase. JPMorgan is a bad company to do business with. I opened business account with chase, week later bank closed my account with no explanation. I also wrote email to chase executive office to find the solution. They were no help at all. Bad experience! Worst bank ever. Do your research before you do business with them.

Horrible bank, they’ll mess up the delivery multiple times. I am still waiting for my card after 3 weeks. I also had to order 3 debit cards. Still hasn’t come yet.

Don't waste your time there! The staff don't know how to do their job/Indian guys/ The manager was also very rude. I don't recommend this place.

Very good branch to deposit money or get cash from ATM, but if you need to work with banker, just pass this branch and go to the next closest branch, extra 10 minutes can save your day. Mario Blanquel is disaster , if you hear his name just exit the branch, don’t waist your time

Came early, I was the first and only customer inside the bank with 2 people working, branch manager and another employee, branch manager taking care of drive thru customer and the other employee doing something (I guess office work but he was behind the counter) I had to wait about 7 minutes for the branch manager to finish drive thru customer and take care of me. I don’t understand the point of having 2 people working if customers have to wait more than 5 minutes when there were no more customers but ONLY ONE. ME!

I just spoke with a Chase employee, I think his name is Henry (I'm 72 and hard of hearing). He was GREAT! Many times when you call a company for customer service they can be impersonal and even demeaning. He was polite, personable and helpful. Kudos Chase!
