Loved my visit with Tommy Pavia today! Needed new checking and savings account and so happy went here! Tommy was personal and extended helpful. Felt like a visit with an old friend rather than just running an errand at the bank! So happy to be part of Fifth Third Bank family now, and definitely recommend Tommy and this entire branch!

Today I met with Tommy Pavia at the Port Village branch. I initially came in to speak with him about an overdraft fee. Not only did he resolve the situation, he went out out of his way to educate me on financial and personal growth strategies. He was genuine, honest and trustworthy in our conversation. We truly need more people like him in this world. It is clear to me the he truly values his clients.
