I just happened to be the first customer at this Fifth Third Banking Center. I was was greeted with smiles and and considerate staff. This is a convenient location just off the Tamiami Trail at the Landings Shopping Center. I met Kenneth Hoffman, Financial Center Manager who was very helpful. I LOVE this bank! The staff is so friendly and continually willing to help in anyway. They call to check in on you and ensure they’re meeting your banking needs. I worked with Brian to set up my accounts, but anyone would be great there. I highly suggest banking here.

Not thrilled that they require a social security number to cash a check. A small check at that. Brian at the branch made it very clear they would not cash it without my social security number
