I saw their TikTok with all their beautiful bags. I called in to ask for pics of their inventory. The lady that answered was super sweet and very obliging. Can’t wait to purchase one of their designer bags.

In a serious financial bind due to COVID and needed to pawn some jewelry to pay monthly living expenses. The broker was very kind. He advised he may not be able to give me what I needed but would come as close as he could. He was a nice and actually offered several hundred dollars more than the other pawn shops I had gone too. The store was very organized and the broker was very knowledgeable on specific items I was interested in at a later date. New favorite spot!!! Check it out...

I called prior before I paid a visit to confirm I could get a loan for my Apple watch series 6 44mm. When I got there the shop was empty. As I approached the counter I explained I called earlier about the Apple Watch series 6. I was told they don’t take Apple watches by a bald, Caucasian male in a stern voice without him even looking at the watch. A short, Hispanic woman asked me if she could look at my watch. After looking at it she told the Caucasian guy they could in fact take the watch. After that he yelled loudly I can do $150.00. I told him I’m no longer interested in doing business here because of how poorly he treated me from the jump. Not sure if the Caucasian guy has issues with people of color or if he was just having a bad day. Either way I shouldn’t have to deal with his poor attitude to do business. I do not recommend anyone do business here.

I am not a big pawn shop consumer, but this location changed my outlook. Great quality, and customer service. A few months ago, I was looking for a luxury gift for my husband's birthday. Needless to say, luxury gifts can be expensive and a friend recommended i check out a pawn shop. I has seen this pawn shop on my way school so, I decided to stop by. One of their sales rep gave me the all-star treatment. She was patient with me, had a no pressure approach, and guided to something that would get me some bang for my buck. Before I came to this pawnshop I went to my local pawnshop before to sell a piece of of jewelry. My local pawnshop examined it(10min of examination)and gave me a price of 650$. When I went to this shop that I'm reviewing, he examined the bracelet less than 1 min and he only just examined the diamonds and weight. He did not test the silver . He hit me with I can only do 75$ since silver is down right now. I immediately said no and tried to trick me by saying let me ask my boss if I can go higher which was only 25$ more. Pathetic really trying to hustle their costumers . I do not recommend selling any jewelry here. Boss man even said while I walking out , if it was gold it would sell for over thousand. But I know for sure a 2 ctw sterling silver s link is not worth 75-100 $ ridiculous really. I really hope shop owner replies to this comment to see what his thoughts are. And really if you try to defend what happened why would any shop owner buy jewelry without testing to see if it's real . That's just tells me you automatically knew how much it was worth. Came to add more since I last reviewed I've went to 3 pawnshop after this one and all gave me an offer over 500$ why is that?

****Beaware***** Before purchasing any Big item from here. Especially LV bags. Some are real & some are not. I found out the hard way, I bought a fake bag from them. They produced some type of shotty website & paperwork (fake). Eve had a fake date code. Luckily I was able to recoup most of my money back by getting rid of the bag on offer up! You’ve been warned.
