HORRIBLE COMPANY. They have messed up EVERY step of the process of utilizing them to close on a house. Didnt have anything in their system for me to pay my earnest deposit, i had to call for the directions, then provided me incorrect information on amount owed before closing, signing agent was HORRIBLE (fought with the realtor), then misspelled my name on the deed. When addressing the misspelling on the deed they said "dont worry about it just in future you will need to write also known as for your name" not joking. Every time through the process I have called repeatedly and emailed with no response. When you do speak with someone they clearly don't know what they are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would give them ZERO stars if i could

When I decided to not purchase the property because of the condition during inspection ,I called and inquired about my escrow deposit to see when I would be able to pick it up at the office.The manager Virginia said she would have to issue a check and would call me when it was ready for pickup ,but instead placed a check for 5000$ in the regular US mail even after I told her explicitly that I would not be comfortable with it, she did it out of spite.This company is very unprofessional and care nothing about the quality of its service.I would not recommend using this title agency.
So sorry, I have copied the branch manager so she can address the communication issue that you experienced with the handling of this deposit check.
