Lupe Mendoza and Kathy Lea make up one of my favorite escrow teams! They are prompt in responding, knowledgeable, thorough and overall lovely human beings! I highly recommend their escrow services at Fidelity. Also special kudos to Brad Dauer, Sales Rep extraordinaire— he is always asking what he can do to help support my business and goes above and beyond!

This company did not send out the checks for 2 weeks after closing, did not respond to any of the emails from the buyer nor the lender. So if you have a timely deal, such as closing a home purchase, you should avoid this company if possible. I closed a deal on 06/10, and on 06/24 was getting emails from my lender(in behalf of my home insurance) and HOA that the checks never arrived, and that they are not hearing back from Fidelity National Title. Not a surprise, my email had been ignored for weeks as well. They didn't even issue my refund, never sent me the full statement until today, I've been calling for copies of checks but those are not being sent as well(I got one with the date of 06/24.). Now I'm running around to resolve issues myself. Did they sign the deed? who knows? I'll have to keep track of government records to find that out too, rather than trusting this title company and waiting til other problems pops up. So, if you want to make your home selling/purchasing experience a nightmare, or if you feel independent and want to figure out yourself what a title company does(and take over some of their job) try this place out. If not, and you want a smooth process, avoid this company at all cost.

Worst title experience ever. Not only do they have the wrong address to the house which is now on all the documents scattered across the Earth they misjudged the amount of escrow and included both tax and supplemental tax in the amount when only the main tax was withdrawn. Additionally they estimated for insurance out of my escrow account which was paid in cash Direct to the company. So at the end of the year I have a big escrow check which is nice but I have penalties from tax authorities that haven't been paid through escrow.

Choosing and Working with Fidelity title and Jeni specifically, had been one of the best decisions I ever made! She is so friendly and helpful! She is always ready to help immediately even out of her working hours! She is an asset to this company! Great job Jeni, It`s a real pleasure to deal with you!

I don't know much about any other escrow officers at this office.... I can tell you that Lupe Mendoza is the best escrow officer in the US.... I have been in business for 19 years... No other escrow officer that I have dealt with comes close to Lupe Mendoza.... T
