    Always a super amazing Title Company. All the staff are absolutely in control and on top of every issue that happens in a file. I Have closed many contracts here and they are incredible. Only problem was on a busy month end and we had a substitute closer that didn't know the contracts and missed having my client sign a set of documents that he had to come back for... they are super amazing and we will be back.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. LEAH DUNN OF COLDWELL BANKER AZLE LIED ABOUT DISCLOSURES THAT SELLER FILLED OUT AS WELL AS THE SEPTIC SYSTEM ON THE PROPERTY AMONG OTHER THINGS. LEAH CONTINUED TO LIE AFTER RECEIVING THE FULL INSPECTION REPORT AND WAS SERVED AN OBJECTION COMMITMENT LETTER FROM OUR ATTORNEY REGARDING TITLE ISSUES AS WELL. THE TITLE COMPANY FIDELITY NATIONAL IN AZLE (RENEE CARTER & MS. CUTT) WERE NOTIFIED AS WELL ON THE OBJECTIONS THAT WERE SERVED ON FEB. 28TH, 2016. THESE ITEMS HAD NOT BEEN CURED AND THE SELLER WAS NOT ALLOWED BY THE SELLER OR SELLER'S AGENT TO INSPECT THE ITEMS AND THE SELLER, SELLER'S AGENT AND TITLE DECIDED TO HAVE A CLOSING THE VERY NEXT DAY FEB. 29TH, 2016 ANYWAY WITHOUT THESE ITEMS BEING CURED OR ALLOWING THE SELLER TO INSPECT. I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS TITILE COMPANY, OR LEAH DUNN WITH COLDWELL BANKER

    I would not trust Katie or anyone at fidelity title. It was a fun and exciting experience buying our new home. However, they have now conveniently forgotten important details discussed at the closing table and are changing their story. Find somewhere more honorable.
