Working to refi our home with Luke Kost and his team was a breeze (relatively speaking).  We have refinanced a couple of times and do not have the fondest of memories getting through those sordid processes!  Not only did Luke beat two other estimates on interest rate and closing costs, but was thoroughly professional, always available for questions, and terrific to work with.  We thought it would take two months to get through the process, but Luke had us set and closed within a month!  We did not keep the business cards from the past mortgage brokers, but we are keeping Luke's card and will recommend him to family and friends.  Job well done! As a small business owner who chooses to use profit to grow my business instead of taking it as salary. I worked on refinancing for over a year. I had previously been denied by Sofi (strongly do not recommend) after putting together a lot of paperwork and shelling out cash for a home appraisal. I explained my situation to **** up front, and he offered to look at my situation honestly before wasting either of our time. From the beginning, Luke never applied that ‘hard sell’ pressure tactic like so many of the other companies use. That might have been the main reason why my wife and I chose to go with his company.
