I am not astonished of the rating this bank displays. They have such phenomenal employees. I received such courteous and efficient services from Elizabeth, even though I had a pressed timeline. Pam was an absolute jewel also making sure I knew she was available also, if I needed further assistance. These ladies attitudes and helpfulness reminded me that there are employees who have very caring spirits and they will go an extra mile to ensure their customers needs are met in full. Hats off to these ladies!

Fidelity is simply the best bank I’ve ever done business with hands down . We know everyone in the branch and they go out of the way to help us anytime we ask . Big banks could learn something about customer service from them . That being said it all starts with the tellers who go above and beyond being kind and actually caring about your issues.

We opened personal and business accounts at Fidelity within the last 6 months. Pam was very helpful in explaining options, understanding our needs and getting these accounts set up. We've had interaction with Jerri, Sheila and Betsy over that course of time and they have been very helpful and friendly. Now, I am greeted by name when I walk into the lobby. Very nice folks, great service and good conversation -- what home-town banking should be! The hours of operation also fit our schedule very nicely.

About one year ago I started working with Fidelity Bank to obtain a Paycheck Protection Plan loan for my church which is a long-time customer of Fidelity. The branch manager, Pam Rooker, was absolutely wonderful to work with. The entire experience went smoothly including the forgiveness process. The bank was there to guide me every step of the way. I have never had a more pleasant banking experience in my life. Oxford, NC is fortunate to have a full-service branch of Fidelity Bank. I highly recommend their services.

When the Henderson branch of Fidelity closed, we thought we would change banks since our business is in Henderson. While we were looking for a new bank, we started using the Oxford Branch. It is more than worth the drive! They are the NICEST people! The customer service is so far above any we have experienced in years. We look forward to going to the bank, and feel we have made new friends. We will be keeping all of our banking with Fidelity because of the employees at the Oxford Branch!

Fidelity Bank in Oxford is a “know you by name and a smile each time you visit “ bank... I have been with them since I was a teenager!
