Fidelity Bank Reviews

Fidelity Bank has been my bank for years now. They always welcome me and any other customer I've seen there as family. And they always go above and beyond what their responsibilities are. They reached out to ME to help me handle a loan issue. They proceeded to take care of it without my having to spend the time to get it all right. In my experiences, Fidelity Bank has always been the best of both professionalism AND personal care. I can't ask for more than that! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing, Patrick! We greatly value customer feedback and thank you for banking with Fidelity Bank!

A big thank you to Fidelity Bank for their exceptional performance during the processing of information during these unprecedent times. The hard work and dedication of your employees allowed for a well ran program and I appreciate Fidelity’s continual commitment to their clients needs!
Thanks for sharing, Janet! We appreciate your business.

Fidelity Bank has been my bank since 2010 for both my business and personal accounts. From day one, their team has provided exceptional and personal service. They treat me as if I am their most important customer every time I walk in the door, come to the drive thru, or call. If you want personal, professional service, I highly recommend Fidelity Bank. They offer all of the services that a big box bank does, but on a personal level.
Keith, we greatly value customer feedback and thank you for banking with Fidelity Bank!

Fidelity Bank is always responsive to the needs of our business and was particularly helpful in understanding the PPP program and applying for relief. We couldn't have asked for better service!
Thanks for sharing, Ben! We appreciate your business.

We cannot recommend Fidelity Bank strongly enough. Our company switched from one of the big banks a few years ago in hopes of experiencing better service. The staff at Fidelity in Winston Salem (Sheri, Angie, Sarah & the rest) have exceeded our hopes at every interaction. And with the current pandemic, Julie & Jonathan have been proactive in their support to our company. We have them to thank for so much everyday, but especially getting us through the PPP application process. If you thought "SERVICE" at a bank was a thing of the past, you're just not banking at Fidelity. Thank you to all!
Tammy, we greatly value customer feedback and thank you for banking with Fidelity Bank!

Never in a million years did I expect to be treated with such disrespect at this Fidelity Bank location. I have always maintained a stellar relationship with all of the associates, managers, and staff from all the locations I've frequented in the Triad and Piedmont area. However, this location is the one exception due to the Bank Manager, Sarah Carter. All I needed to do on a routine visit was make a simple deposit, and I was met with rudeness and treated as if I shouldn't be in the building. I've been banking with Fidelity Bank for 7 years and for whatever reason, my outstanding track record as a business client meant nothing to her. I'm not sure if Ms. Carter has an issue interacting or dealing with people of different backgrounds, but perception is everything. And my money is green just like everyone else. Based on my poor experience with her, I refuse to deal with her again and Corporate needs to keep an eye on her practices when dealing with established customers (and not jumping to conclusions making them go through unnecessary questioning and checkpoints when the information is readily available). I don't have to deal with that at my other banking locations and I'm not going to put up with that here. In the meantime, Ms. Carter could benefit from some diversity training and mentorship from her executive peers on how to engage with people of various backgrounds. The fake and phony smile will only go so far. I've never been more excited to see an age when banking technology is steadily replacing in-person staff. People deserve better.

These are indeed trying times for all of us. Fortunately, we are clients of Fidelity Bank. We turned to them immediately once the PPP program was approved by Congress. They helped us navigate the process and we were awarded a loan. Additionally, and more importantly, they guided us through the forgiveness application to ensure we achieved success. A great group providing exceptional customer service!
Thanks for sharing, Greg! We appreciate your business!

Tried calling to see where my money went to and why my account overdrafts when I know I had the money in there because I looked to make sure. The out of no where my account went from having money to being overdraft when I never spent the amount that was in there. Called this branch to find out what was going on and they didn’t want to tell me why I went from having enough money for what I was buying to being negative and charging a $105 overdraft fee. Then they hang up instead of doing there job and finding anything out. This was the first and last time dealing with this branch. If you want friendly service from fidelity in NC around Winston go to the Lexington branch. They’re always friendly and can usually answer questions.

If you're looking for a bank with truly personalized service, go to Fidelity Bank. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful, not because they were told to, or it's the latest marketing campaign, but because they really are friendly and want to help. They know who you are when you walk in. You don't get stuck in voicemail jail, in most cases someone answers within 2-3 rings. Fidelity really provides great customer service and they're my first choice for banking.
