Fidelity Bank Virginia Ave, Collinsville

I love coming to this place. I choose to go inside most of the time rather than the drive-thru due to the great experience I have speaking with each of them. The place is ran well and everyone is happy to help with a smile on their face. Happy to still be apart of Fidelity and this awesome collinsville branch!

I have been so impressed with all of the ladies at the Collinsville branch, they have made me and my family feel very welcomed through the transition, I had originally opened my account at the Rocky Mount office. I greatly miss those ladies.. but the staff at the Collinsville office made me feel welcomed and appreciated and at home. I am very pleased and grateful for the service I always receive. Collinsville Branch has most helpful Ladies. Doesn't matter whether you get Teresa, Tiffany or Donna they are all Great. I have been banking with them for over 15 years and I wouldn't think of banking with any other bank.
