This is the best Small Town Bank in NC. They have incredible staff that treat customers with warm courteous service in a professional manner. I love this bank overall! However, I rated it only a 4, because their hours of operation don't work well with my work schedule. I've never personally had a bank that wasn't open on Saturday. The overall system at Fidelity is also kind of slow at processing everything; I usually have pending transactions on my account for a few days. Also, there aren't very many branches around this area at all, so I pretty much have to be home if I want to physically access an office. BUT the people inside this bank are absolutely phenomenal and personable. You are not just a number. Setting up an account was super simple too! No hidden fees! So, really just do some research and see what bank works best for you!
