Slowest service I've ever seen at a bank, especially when I'm the first customer. First thing in the morning they have literally nothing going on, only a few customers, and a full room of workers - yet it took nearly 20 minutes to get a debit card printed. Double the time I was told of 10 minutes. Then, of course, after finally going up and checking on it they tell me it'll be done in roughly 30 seconds. Lady immediately got up and went to get it, magically it was finished. Yes it's early in the morning and the week, but please pat attention y'all. People don't wanna sit next to smelly transient strangers in your lobby for 20 minutes just because a worker wants to be lazy or forgetful. First time using this location in over a year and I definitely won't be back. Longview branches all the way.

Jennifer M! the branch support girl there should not be working in a professional place. That lady is rude and waisted so much time trying to reopen an account to tell me my check will be on hold. Goodbye Fibre hello red canoe 🤗 should really consider who you have working for you. Will not return after being a customer and husband is changing accounts as well! Lost two people Over one employee. On the other hand GABINO is amazing.

I was refused service because I wouldn’t wear a mask I told them I had a medical condition and they told me I could use the drive-through I told them I needed to do my transactions and i inquiries inside.

Stopped to conduct business. Tend to stop at location in Longview but lobby under construction. Manager at this branch is sharie/charie? 3 human being in line, mgr. Comes out fm. Back, mgr. Comes out to do whatever & walks back to the back yet both tellers busy w/ customers& yet Mgr. Does not assist w/ line. 8 min. Later teller is free. Why can't management do their part& provide excellent customer service. What an example4employees. Shows do not care 4 service at Fibre/staff In line over 10 minutes ....Gabino was professional!

About a month ago I had an overdraft issue and I was able to have it refunded so I wouldn't be screwed over with my finances/bills, which was just amazing. They said it's a one time thing with overdraft fees so I'm thankful for the blonde lady who assisted me at this location on that day. Very professional and kind - soft spoken too. Then in the last week I had an issue with automatic/manual loan payments and I was able to get assistance first thing in my online account messages about 15 minutes before the branch even opened the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday, which is today the day I'm writing this review) so I just have to say big thank you to Jenifer for helping me with that. You are amazing. If you have the option to go to this Fibre over the other locations I highly recommend it! The ladies here are so kind every time I've ever came in or called with a question or concern. Thankful for this bank as my previous one down in Oregon was just terrible with customer service.

Overall service is ok. It's a bank, you deposit money and you withdraw money. They are willing to take your money as all banks are. However, their major flaw are for having something like 6 or 7 (I think it's that amount) windows they only at max have 3 open. Every payday I go to this branch and the line extends to the counter near the exit, you go to the bank on the eves of the holidays? Good luck getting your check cashed and out in a timely matter. I've come to this bank when the line is all the way out near the change exchange machine. This is unnecessary when they have so many windows but only staff 2 or 3 at any given time. 2 Stars.

As usual it's 12:45pm and only two tellers. This is a payday Friday and they just don't care about the customers time.
