He spent a great deal of time on our initial call explaining, in detail, each program available to us, and the pros and cons of each...there was never any rush, nor pressure. When we had locked in our loan and rate, he continually updated us on the progress and any issues that came up; our original bank was very difficult in providing CEMA information and it took several months. During that delay Fernando and his assistant, Kim, were always in contact. When the CEMA information was finally received a little over 3 months later, our rate had actually dropped slightly and there were closing credits that Fernando applied which was a huge help.
