They will work with you and do their best to serve their clients the best possible and they are a full service mortgage provider. Give them a try, it will be wort your time.

Started the loan process in March 2020. Contract on home purchase 5/3/20. Finally closed on 7/9/20. Shannon was misleading, berating, and snide. Very limited in communication, in fact all communication had to be initiated with an in person office visit. Many calls and texts went unanswered. As a buyer/consumer I was not represented well by Shannon or her management team. I was informed on three different occasions that I would be closing the following morning yet to have another underwriter dissect my file and request further info. It was not until the Seller's father (a personal friend of Shannon's) got aggravated that steps were finally taken to close my loan. Email chains were sent to the Seller, Sellers Agent, my Agent and the Title company that I was excluded from. Shannon was more interested in closing my loan for the Seller's benefit than mine. I was financially violated.

I’d strongly suggest using FBC Mortgage! After going through several lenders to refinance my home & one that I almost even closed with and even lost my appraisal money since the deal fell through, I felt like I hit the Jackpot when I found FBC & they told me they could help me. Mike Welcom was my lender and I’m so grateful to him. When I say I went through several lenders, I went through 3 others before finding Mike at FBC. I can’t express how grateful I am to him after the frustration of dealing with so many other lenders that never had my best interest. Give them a try! I’m so happy I did!!!

Although extremely helpful in the begging of our home purchase, later found that although our closing date was moved they failed to update there paperwork and after being told I had no payment due via phone for June in the month of May was then notified on 06/30 I still had to make my 1st mortgage payment. This caused a financial burden that was unexpected as I took the loan officer at her word that no payment was due until July 1st. Very disappointed in there lack of professionalism and lack of keeping the verbal word. Would not recommend to anyone else.
