Right Size Funding Reviews

In 2016 I filed bankruptcy and I wanted to keep my car out of the bankruptcy so Nevada west financial/right sized funding refinanced my car. Yes it was a very high interest rate, but I didn’t have any other choice so I agreed. The only time I ever had issues with this company is when I was late. Even if I was only one day late a representative would call to get payment, yes they were annoying because I couldn’t just make a payment. I would have to answer a ton of questions before they could take a payment. Questions like was my employment the same, was my address the same, ect…, but that was my own fault for not paying my car note on time. Sometimes I would see them call then I would ignore the call and go online to make the payment so that I didn’t have to be annoyed. Just so you know late payments don’t hit your credit report until you are 30days late. So if you are a couple of days or even a couple of weeks late you’ll be fine. Just try not to make a habit of it because you did sign a contract saying that you would pay on-time. Most of the time I was late wasn’t because I didn’t have the funds, but because I forgot to pay. This company helped me out during early last year when I was forced out of employment for not being an “essential” worker. They allowed me to push two payment to the back end of my loan. I’m happy to say that today I’m paying off my loan and I have waaayyy better credit so I can go with a finance company that won’t charge me a 26% interest rate next time I finance. Good luck every one pay your bills on time and you will be fine

I’m sorry I don’t recommend this company I wouldn’t wish what I went through with this company to anyone. This was my first time buying a car so at first it was kind of ruff so I made some mistakes in the beginning . I corrected them years ago and made a decision to never be late again and I have. I even made two car payments and told them to apply it to the principal of the loan. I was in accident and still made payment even though my car was in the shop I have years of proof or all my payments . Right size funding reported on my credit report that my car had be reposed which was not true I even contacted the dealership where I got the car and they agree to give me a statement saying they never got a order to pick of my car and that my car was never repoed I ask right size funding serval times to please remove it from my credit report they claimed that they did but never did it . My lawyer even spoke with them. The amount they claim I owe then is untrue I paid two months ahead . I have been more than fair I have tried to work with them and they still fail to comply. I don’t recommend this place to anyone especially if your trying to build your credit. I know and understand I got a bad deal on this loan I tried to do my part to get the car paid of and they have done everything they could to work against me and I don’t want to see anyone else go through this especially if your a young person starting out. Don’t use this company if your purchasing a car and they say right size funding / nevada west will be funding it decline the loan and go somewhere else or try to come up with another plan to by a car this place doesn’t car about supporting their clients or encouraging them to pay off the loan they work against you instead of with you

Worst place to get a auto loan. If this is your only option DONT do it. I’ve been faithfully making payments for a year. Never been late. Today I get a phone call.. my loan is due today... I get a phone call from Bob shaking me down for my payment telling me it’s due today and it’s already in collection status. This company tries to use scare tactics and harassing techniques on their clients. I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau and I urge others to take 30 min of their time to do the same.

Shady company. Every interaction I have had with this company feels like they are doing something illegal. First they changed my apr. Then they started calling me personally asking me to send my personal identification info and bank account info via email after I gave all the info to the dealership. Then called wanting copies of my pay stubs. Then they sent me a rejection letter for my auto loan 3 weeks after I drove it home. Yesterday I received a invoice for a payment twice what I owe. It was a late payment notice, sent out on my due date, before they auto payed from my account. So they wrote uo a late notice, took my payment, then sent the late notice. I just called them, they said I will possibly receive late notices every month for the full term of my loan. The representative said that their computer system takes two days for my payment to post and their system send out late notices the day that your payment is late. "Even when your payment is made on time, you may receive late notices or even phone calls about your late payment." Is what I was told. When I asked if I could change my payment date so that it is 3 days before my due date, so I don't continue to get late notices on a payment that was made on time, the girl told me that it was a $15 fee!

This company is so unprofessional. I was told I had a grace period of ten days which was a lie. My payment is the first of the month, and they voicemails on the second.. They should be calling after the late payment charges. And then wanna ask what's the reason for payment being late... just charge the damn damn card and have a good day. I dnt got time to pay yall so I definitely don't have time to explain myself. They calling like I'm 30 days late or 2 months behind. I recommend to no one..

Will never go through them again I don’t even want to give them any stars but I have too in order to do this review, the customer service there sucks the last girl I spoke to drew the line for me especially when she had the nerve to ask me unnecessary questions like what I use my child support money for and how I pay my other bills to me that’s personal and none of her business and she kept asking me the same question just wording it differently. So as soon as i ended the call I went straight to the right size funding website to contact corporate and leave them a message about my experience and how I wanted someone to call me ASAP did they call me no they didn’t what they did is came and picked up my car while I was at a family outing. I was beyond livid so I called back spoke to a guy tried to get the supervisor name and supposedly they couldn’t give me the first and last name of the supervisor and it sounded like he gave me a fake name, then they told the repo people to not even let me get my things from my car what kind of financial company is this the customer should always come first and be respected I should know because I’ve been in the customer service for yrs I will never go through them again and I wouldn’t recommend them either...there was so much more that was said but it’s too much so I’ll keep it short plus I’ve seen all the other reviews so speak no more

The worst financial company to ever go through. I don't recommend anybody using this financial company. Their customer service is very rude regardless how long you been with them. We were with them for over two years hi Financial issues just like everybody else only 43 days late on our payment. Tell the lady I could pay it on Friday within 2 days they came and repoed our vehicle. They have no compassion for what people are going through nothing. And the lady we spoke to to try and get our vehicle back and we informed her of how her representative spoke did not give us the time till Friday which was only three days away and she only gave me 15 minutes to try and get the funds in which was impossible because she had called at 4:45 p.m. all the recovery lady say I'm sorry that was it. Just like others have said you one day late they are calling your phone 5 if not more times a day through different phone numbers you never know what number they're calling you from.

Wish we could leave a negative star! Do NOT ever go through this company. Those who have had issues lets report them to the better business bureau. This company needs to be shut down. Disrespectful. Rude. Greedy. We moved the due date by 5 days and they let us but then they turned around and reported a missed payment. Mind you this vehicle got totalled and because they did this our gap insurance isn't covering the remainder due even though we never missed 1 payment we only moved the due date which was a bigger hassle then it was worth. Now its time for the lawyer to deal with their very unprofessional screwing over of customers they so obviously love to do. This company must certainly employ con artists by the way they handle situations. Screw this company and every single person that works there. DONT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! I GIVE 100 NEGATIVE STARS!!!

DO NOT EVERRR GO THRU THESE PEOPLE!!!! I have been paying on my auto loan for almost 4 years and have never missed a payment or made a late payment. And I applied for a new car today and these ass holes haven't been reporting on my credit at all!!! When I called them to question them on why they haven't been reporting they said oh our system has been moved over so we haven't been reporting since January, when I told them that I've had my loan for 4 years and not one payment has been reported she said she would send an email to management, mind you I called them a year ago asking about the same thing. And they told me they would follow up with me. I got my loan when I was 20 years old so I didn't know what I was doing nor did I have help or I would of NEVER went thru them. They are horrible!!! Oh not to mention that they said my balance is 9000 dollars but when j got my statement in the mail last month it was lower. They are liars, and cannot be trusted !!!!

Terrible customer service and management. I have always been on time or in communication with making payments. I was recently in a car accident that put me on medical leave from work therefore no income for me to make a payment. In trying to inform RSF of the situation, I'm getting harassing calls daily since the accident to make a payment. And have now been pushed to collections. You would think a company would work with you or even give you options that would help your situation instead their standby words are "you signed a contract and you have a responsibility to pay your car note" REALLY! I know what responsibilities I have! AND #1 IS TO TAKE CARE OF MY HEALTH.
