At my signing last week, there was no explanation of anything i was asked to sign. When I asked for any explanation, I was prompted to contact the land owner directly and discuss with them. Very unprofessional, an obvious lack of knowledge pertaining to their duties, and an unwillingness to communicate details to their customers. I will strongly advise potential customers of FCT to go elsewhere.

A one star is not even enough to grade this company. I asked for a copy of the paperwork and got nothing. I put this company in the category of crooks. Beware of them!

These people are slower than molasses . No communication hardly . Find someone else to do business with .

Slow on title shipments but, great service.

Their communication with their customers is extremely poor. When I called multiple times attempting to get to the bottom of what was happening with my paperwork no one knew. When they finally admitted they have not actually started my paperwork and I became upset they hung up on me. When I called back to try to get my questions answered they refused to apologize for not completing my order in the time frame specified. I found another business to take care of this for me and will never use this company again.

Very nice lobby for waiting, very short wait, comfortable room for signing all the paperwork, all in all, a pleasant experience.

They did my latest closing faster than I ever thought possible. Great people to work with.

My title work was not done correctly the first time.I'm dissatisfied and will have to use title insurance policy to get it corrected.
