Heather is the best mortgage lender. We purchased our new home about 1 year prior. She identified an opportunity to improve our mortgage rate almost 1%. Unlike many other lenders, Heather’s closing happen on time because she lets you know in plenty of time what documents you need to send her to meet your closing date.
