Absolutely love this place. They gave me a chance when literally no one else would. The atmosphere was amazing didn’t feel like buying a car it felt like hanging out. Rich helped us get into a car even though we’ve had trouble doing so in the past. He never took no for a answer and was straight up with every thing when it came to the car. He made sure we were comfortable with all decisions on how me make the payment even when we can make payments. They honored the powertrain warranty like they said they would. My car is fixed driving like new. Great sales experience, sucks having car problems but they work hard to get them fixed if they do happen. My experience is good, appreciate they dedication to helping people. Me and my wife just had a baby 3 days ago and with the little guy having a little bit of health problems we needed a second car.. I called and spoke to Rich about my family’s situation and informed him that we didn’t have very much money to put down for a down payment. Very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to pick up my wife in one of their vehicles and did everything to get us into the vehicle we needed and wanted.

DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!! (UPDATE) Went to them several times about getting my car repaired (it left me stranded 4 times before I even got my plates) and each time was lied to... Either about doing the work at all or how long it was going to take...never have I ever received a phone call back from them... Either they said they were going to call me back and didn't or I was the one who called...They sent my plates to a dealer in a city I don't even go to, so for a weekend I was left with expired temp tags and on several occasions a police officer had to go look up my vin number to make sure I was legal...They don't care how much they inconvenience you they don't want to hear it...I was stuck walking yet paying for a car I couldn't drive, being told work was being done yet stuck with the same broken part I went in for...they're good to get you in a vehicle, but anything after that is nothing but heartache and hassle...This is day 15 or 16 and was told now another week...went to get items out of the vehicle and it's sitting in the back out of sight out of mind, so once again being told work is being done day (day 15 or 16) (original est. 2-3 days)are After 30+ days away from me in the shop it died on me the very next day

yes. they provide a service. a predatory service, but a service none the les. you will end up owning 16k+ on a car worth maybe 6k.
