Brendan was amazing! We were in desperate need for a vehicle after ours broke down unexpectedly. He was fast to work with us and got us into a newer vehicle right away! The vehicle is absolutely amazing and I appreciate everything that Brendan and Chris did for us! The process was fast and the staff was friendly! Thank you!!

As other reviewers have mentioned this business practices predatory lending, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They will sell you a significantly OVER PRICED car, at a VERY HIGH INTEREST RATE that is potentially DAMAGED (our car had a bent sub-frame from an unreported accident that was hidden by the splash guard and covered up with body work). Their sales employees will "help" you get it off the lot without full coverage insurance by instructing you to lie regarding the vehicle's lien status. There are other dealerships in the area (actual dealerships) that will get you in a nice vehicle without ripping you off. **YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED**

Tony is GREAT !!! He spent the last week getting everything in order when I got there it was fast and easy ... he even helped me find the best insurance !!!! Easy financing def go here!!! UPDATE THE CAR I BOUGHT HAS HAD A MANY ISSUES BUT THEY STAYED TRUE TO THEIR WORD AND PAID FOR THE REPAIRS … should of had a mechanic look at it though bc I had to replace brakes, front end suspension 100%, and complete tune up not even having the car longer than 3 months less than 1000 miles but I being a single female had no idea what to look for. It was a pain leaving my car there and still getting to work but the shop they use COMPLETE AUTO they are FANTASTIC and Fast Finance ended up paying for all my repairs. THANK YOU FAST FINANCE this loan is increasing my credit score but def pay way too much for the cars that have lots of issues … but hey when times get rough they are here I will def make sure next time I get a vehicle that my credit score is better I’m probably pay 3x the amount my car is worth and they told me after making payments I could trade it in and get something nicer that is NOT true I am stuck w this vehicle but hey gotta do what ya gotta do! Super worried that something else is going to break after I don’t have my warranty I mean if I had tons of disposable income I wouldn’t of came here … so yes they are great but have the car checked out bc the issues I had w mine are pretty serious def watch that 6 months 6,000 warranty time!

phil was absolutely great, we corresponded via text messages he gathered my information and got me approved for a vehicle same day. He also assisted me with having a ride to this location so I can leave with a car, great service every thing I asked for he made it happen if you need a Car come do business with him you will be satisfied!

stay clear paid 2 yrs on car covid hit couldn't pay took the car now I owe more than I started. They ruined my life my credit predator loan, scammed

Keith was hands down one of THE BEST salesman I've ever encountered when buying a vehicle. Very helpful and goes the extra mile to assure you're getting what you want and you're happy!! Many automotive salesman will try to push you into buying a vehicle and try to talk you into something even if it's not what you want. Keith is completely opposite and about as honest and down to earth your going to get.

Salesman Keith Dawson assisted greatly on helping me find a nice selection of vehicles i requested for my needs. Family vehicle that can haul 4 children was my request. Keith gave me multiple vehicles to choose from in my price range. Every vehicle would have been great, but ultimately decided on a 2011 Dodge grand caravan express which suits all my needs. Honestly I was skeptical about going to fast finance but I'm glad I did! I was in a bind and Mike put me in a very nice and clean chevy impala and the payments are fair considering my credit history.

Bought my car last March from Fast Finance Saginaw. When it was purchased, we were told that it had a new transmission put in. Well, not even a year later and guess what?! I need a new transmission. Called and spoke to Chris (manager) and went back and forth for weeks trying to see if they were going to do anything to help me out. He would never call when he said he would, so I would have to call him. Now, after him saying that he would call me back, its been 2 weeks and I havent heard a thing from him. So I'm still paying $447 a month for a vehicle that I cant even drive right now. Was going to go back there to get my husband a truck, but definitely will not be doing that. Vicky

We got there close to closing time, but at no point we’re we rushed. I was able to get a great vehicle with third row seating. I was approved super quickly and the fact that this helps build my credit is amazing!!! They were all SUPER friendly and so helpful. It was my first time going there and we are planning to return when the time comes for sure.

Great consumer service, The guys were awesome! I give them a 1 star because of the vehicles. I had two vehicles from them. PT Cruiser and Grand Prix. I went to them desperately in need of a car. I was young and didn't know anything about cars. I barely even knew how to drive but I had a decent paying job. Both cars gave me hell. I gave the PT Cruiser back first then I got the Grand Prix. By the time my warranty expired, I was pretty much on my own. I feel as if they got down on me twice! I gave the Grand Prix back as well. They sold it for a little over a grand and is now currently suing me for over 7,000!!! which I can NOT afford!

Wow My experience here was one of the best I Been to many places trying to weigh out my options for a car and when I first walked in I knew this would be the place for me. Thank you so much Keith! I'm gonna rate them 5 stars. I see everyone on here comparing saying cars are junk. It's used not new things are gonna break. Do your research and bring a mechanic. People say customer service is bad not really bad they offered to pick me up and drive me back there to get the car and i live 2.5 hrs from them. The bank tnt easy to work with and talk to. The dealership is great. And to the people who wanna complain about high payment or interest you did it yourself bad credit means high payments and high interest if you wanna lower payment bring a down payment I was happy with fast finance of Saginaw and Phil was awesome. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone in need.

I called Ben from fast finance and even with my horrible credit got me approved for a wonderful car. The staff stayed after 7:30 pm to get me in my ride. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Worst place to get a vehicle. My husband went here to get a truck after he was discharged from the Army, we had a 7 month old and needed something safe and reliable. The truck we got December 2018 has a bad transmission, bad rack and pinion, power steering lines, pump, oil cooler, brakes, tie rods, ball joints, back hatch, catalytic converters. For $11,000 paying $420 per month. It will cost us $4,000 just to fix this vehicle. Living paycheck to paycheck, we can't afford food while trying to pay this off and fix it at the same time. This is not safe, we breathe in gas fumes and risk our lives driving this in the condition it's in but they refuse to take back this lemon. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is NOT how a Military Veteran should be treated after coming home.
