We stopped by on our way to the airport. Very unique selection & FABULOUS customer service!!! We purchased a ring, pendant and earrings. They cleaned all three pieces & sized the ring, all while we waited. The ring was not to their quality, so they offered a trade. I couldn't find another ring to my liking so they gave us a refund. Excellent customer service. We will be back!

I had spoke on the phone with a gentleman from this store and was asking a question about an engagement ring I was trying to sell. He basically told me the ring wasn't of any value and his tone with me was very rude and belittling. He talked to me as if I didn't understand anything he was saying. I've never been to this business before but as someone who's worked customer service 7+ years, there are ways you talk and treat people and then there are ways you do not. Especially if you're trying to get business and flourish. I will NOT be visiting this location any time soon.

Pawn shops are un american in my opinion and this one in particular is badly run by a strange owner. I have been to other pawn shops and received much better customer service after all they are taking advantage of people like any good business would do.

All items are over priced. Rude employees. Store filled with cigarette smoke.

I've bought & sold from them and it has always been a good experience. My first time there was accompanying my mom to sell her wedding ring...she thought it was worth much less than it actually was and they happily informed her that she was way off in her assessment. Because of this, when she had a larger and more valuable set of jewelry to sell this is where we went. This time we did our own homework and once again they exceeded expectations. After that I always go to them if I have any need of a pawn shop and even just to buy movies or anything like that. I've recommended them to friends and have heard only good things back. This place is definitely good!!

Worst customer service ever. Old plump dude working their was acting as if the things I were trying to sell were not high end enough for him.. when I feel he should be more worried about getting a gym membership and a class on ego and humbleness. I will never return and have no idea how anyone would waste their time dealing with such a close minded douche.
