Premier Lending is an excellent mortgage company to finance a new house. I base this upon a recent experience, I needed to have a home loan processed quickly and without a long delay. I called James at Premier Mortgage and he assigned Heather as my Loan Originator. Heather did a outstanding job in assisting me every step of the way to process my loan without any delays. She was very professional, detailed, thorough, and timely with her responses to ensure that there were no issues with processing my loan. I was able to close in a matter of weeks thanks to Heather and her attention to details. I highly recommend using Premier Mortgage and using Heather as your Loan Originator.

Bernice Pace was amazing. Everything was made easy and explained thoroughly! If I had questions, my calls were returned immediately and met with patience. I have used Bernice twice, and each time he was exceptional with his services and my questions. When working with Bernice, he would constantly ask about my family which showed that his character and personality is genuine and caring, and both of these showed in his work. I would definitely refer everyone to Premier Lending!

I'm a first-time homeowner as of last week and I owe it all to Tony Ortego! This guy truly knows his stuff and I cannot recommend him enough. I was basically set on my mortgage situation a full WEEK before the new closing date. I was burned by Better.com, who had decided not to go through with things literally three days before closing because they didn't like how the HOA was set up in New Orleans. Little did I know, condo situations in New Orleans are very different from high rises in places like New York, and that is likely what caused the issue. Tony was able to do what Better needed 3 weeks to do in TWO DAYS. Thank goodness the sellers were amenable to extending the closing date -- and like I said, Tony was even able to get this stuff done early. He's got the calm and kind demeanor one ends up appreciating immensely when everything feels like it's in flux. If you're in the market for lending services, go with Premier and ask for Tony. I had a great experience working with Heather. We hit a couple snags along the way, but she kept in contact and took care of everything so we were able to close on time. I will be using Heather for any future mortgage needs. I highly recommend her.

Daniel Messinger was a joy to work with. We are out of state and have a loan situation with inherent issues, and Daniel handled everything beautifully. We really could not have asked for a smoother experience. Besides being fun to speak to, Daniel was very responsive and always answered our questions. We highly recommend him.

Heather Eller was so incredibly helpful and speedy throughout this whole process! I went under contract and my closing date was in 3 weeks; I called her the day before Mardi Gras saying this and she was more than happy to get the process started. I expected to not have access to anyone, but she was there, even on Mardi Gras, available to explain something to me. Thankfully my closing day was pushed back a week so it wasn't a mad rush. But I have little doubt that she would have been able to help my close on the original timeline.

Talbot was amazing to work with! Easiest home buying process thus far ( it’s my third time). He was always available, even on his off days. Very knowledgeable and provided reassurance when I needed it! Thanks Premier for EVERYTHING!

He’s always answered the phone when we called, and did a great job of guiding us through the entire process. Even when there was bad news (our appraisal was a little low) he handled it with professionalism, and helped us understand the implications and how to navigate through them.
