I’ve been dealing with these jokers for a while because I am not particularly well off and they are not far from my house. They have insulted me and my wife repeatedly making comments such as, “Bring me something that’s actually worth something” when I had brought in a G512 gaming keyboard with absolutely nothing wrong with it. Tried to send me away with $20 for it. Another time I brought in some jewelry (gold earrings, necklace, etc) and Quinn, the owner of this particular store, asks me, “Seriously dude is all your stuff junk?” Literally humiliating my wife and I in front of at least five other customers. So today I go in there with a triple strand black pearl necklace and matching set of earrings with gold clasps and the like. At this point I already know the games they like to play so I look up what this necklace is retailing for on a couple different sites like eBay. It’s selling for anywhere between $900 to $1200 depending on where you look for it. Well, I went to the counter and showed them what I had brought in and they legitimately tried to send me away with $20 for a $900 black pearl necklace and earrings. If you want a fair price on what you have go somewhere else, these people will low ball you all day and feed you all kinds of bull trying to get you to take what they are offering.

Well this store buys stolen stuff I bought a iPhone and it was stolen and they did not what to give me my money back only half. It's there responsibility to check the phone before selling it. Even the apple store said that. I really hope this dose not happen to any one else

The kid who helped me was super nice (named Morgan) if a bit un- knowledgeable. Everything was overpriced but he was willing to come down on the price of the tablet I wanted to be competitive with eBay and Amazon (which is usually standard with pawn shops ). I had looked at 2 pieces of jewelry, and BOTH we're fake, so I would definitely not recommend buying jewelry there unless you're good at spotting fakes. I just hope my new tablet works...

We were thinking of purchasing a guitar, but we're not sure if we wanted it. They employees we spoke with convinced us to put it on lay away. I specifically asked how it worked, and they told us that worst case if we ended up not wanting that guitar that we cold use the money we put down as store credit. A month later when we tried to use the credit, the employee that had helped us had been fired, and we were told by the manager John that we were SOL and could not have store credit, or our money back. In the end we gave them $90 and got nothing back. Absolutely horrible. I'm sure this is just one of many scams.

Listed a battery charger that was over $10 more than brand new at Homedepot, with warranty and product support. Wouldn't budge on price when confronted with the Homedepot website price tag. Don't bother with this place.

They wanted to give me $120.00 for a switch and a PS4 and 3 controllers! 😂🤣😂🤣 Didn't even want to see the systems or anything. Yeah this place can go screw itself. I got way more at Capitol Jewelry and Loan across the street from one system alone!. No stars if it was available.

I’ve been waiting to get my stuff out and they have been closed. If they where going to close they should have gave some kind of notice. All I know is I’m not paying a late fee
