Fantastic people that run this place. I'm from FL and had to deal with a fire arms transfer. Every step of the way Chuck was there to help. I called this guy every other day trying to work this out. And i can't tell you how much he helped me. 100% will be a returning customer. Chuck is a stand up business man. Had an issue with red dot and we thought it might be the battery It wasn’t. He took upon himself to send it in to manufacture to get a new replacement. Couldn’t be more happy with the firearm and Chuck’s customer service. Definitely will do business with him again

There are plenty of places that I could go but because of this place I don't,this establishment is very versatile everyone is friendly and informative answers questions you may have gives you a clear understanding gives you the best prices with what ever you are buying and I honestly find it hard to leave the store when I'm there. The new location is great too and only brings in more of what you are looking for I 100% support this business and monies are well spent when I shop here I've never felt taken here like I have at other stores, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Walked in to get a loan on some diamond earrings. After 10 minutes and making a phone call, the person behind the counter said he wouldn't be able to offer me a loan because "the thing is" they're more of a gold buyer??? They literally had 1 gold Figaro chain in the entire store! 🤣 The diamond tester he tried to use was dead, and said his "diamond guy" wouldn't be there until the following Monday. Someone needs to teach this kid the basics of being a decent pawnbroker. Luckily for me, I walked right across the street and found much better service & got the loan I needed within minutes.

I love this pawn shop, the gentlemen who own and run this job is amazing, friendly, and knows their product. If they like your karma they will remember you every time you come in to purchase or pawn something. I truly like that the guns is straight out the box and don't have to worry it might of been used illegally.

Chuck the owner is the best. He understands that life can be difficult and gave us a smile and a laugh and a great deal! Answers any questions and is helpful and honest. His dog Oscar is the sweetest, and honestly any place that has a dog is just more enjoyable to be at. Best pawn shop we've been to.

Over priced guns, and staff doesn't know anything about guns. Update: doesn't change the fact that your staff is firearm illiterate or your just dishonest about values.
