Bad customer service. I feel unwanted every time I come into this place. Management looks at you like your a burden rather than a customer. Low ball you on anything you want to sell. So don’t even try to pawn anything here and their prices are wack. I could do well with the prices if I actually felt welcomed here.

Extremely disappointed walked in looking for 9mm ammo and intriegd by the sign we have 9mm ammo and AR for 699.00 walked in the door with over 2000 in my wallet expecting to buy an AR and ammo for my 9 also noticed they had a mossberg Shockwave that my father inlaw wants who was with me and would have bought it on the spot. However the people I will not call them men or gentlemen were so rude and didn't even seem to care that I was interested in spending money in their store. Highly unrecommended we will never return and never spend a dime at there store. All you had to do was be polite and you probably would have had your biggest sale of the day. But now I will tell everyone I know to not bother coming in because it's just a waist of time with some extremely rude people

I give them 4 to 5 stars for their pricing on used fire arms, I give them 6 stars on their lay-a-way. And 2 stars on What They Will pay for used guns. (Pawn shop, not a gun shop). Their tools and electronics are priced pretty good too. -- friendly salesmen

Horrible service. I buy silver rounds once or twice a month. Today was the third time ive been ignored completely. One customer in the shop, two workers. Stood at counter, worker not waiting one the other guy looked at me twice. He wasnt on the phone, or doing any other work. Just completely ignored. Im done with this place, will be doing business in albany from now on.

I dont usually do reviews but this had to be my first, If I could Id put no stars because the experience here was that horrible. I went to pawn my PS4 and when I went inside the man that we dealt with was rude and had no manners; Continuing to chew his food while talking with us, Then when he tested my system he shoved the hdmi cord in so hard it broke the port. making it unusable. I went to gamestop to ask what could be the problem and they told me the hdmi port was the problem, thankfully they bought my now broken console. When I called him to explain what happened he replied with "Yeah, Ok whatever." Before hanging up. I have never in my life dealt with such bad service, and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. In fact ill tell people to avoid this place if they want value the things theyre bringing in.

Funny thing that's been happening in Lebanon since the ammo shortage. As soon as bi-mart gets ammo in, that ammo disappears and then reappears on the pawn shop shelfs for double the price. I asked an employee about this and was told they were "providing a service" by making ammo available for longer by scalping it. They also wanted more than 300 dollars over new MSRP for a used shotgun with a loose front sight and missing rear aperture. When I tried to talk them down the employee said "well, that's the market". It's the market shops like yours made by taking advantage of your own pro-2a allies. I'm happy to drive to Corvallis or Salem to not give money to dishonest scalpers. Every dollar you give this shop is used to take advantage of the next customer.

I have bought many things before from fast cash and don’t expect them to remember me every time I go in, but today I went in with a problem on my firearm and brandon fixed it for me no charge he just knew what he was doing and helped me out.

I personallyWill not be going back thay were veary rude and disrespectful i was not able to read the price on some of there merchandise because that wrote over it with sharpi .the guy was in the middle of helping me the phone rang he picks it up then yells at the outher guy and sead u want to come take this guys money thought that was veary rude of him

I like the selection of items there. The staff would always get what I requested whether it is a firearm or a specific coin. It’s a pawn shop so I don’t expect the best deals for my used items, however, the lay-a-way plan is excellent.

This place has a great selection of firearms and knowledgeable staff to help you with your purchase. Fair and reasonable. Often have good selection of tools and musical equipment.
