Google and the door says they are open until 6PM, but I showed up at 5:48PM and found the doors locked with the staff inside. Maybe they should update their business hours.

I will never deal with this pawn shop again, Starr is very shady and so is Alex. Star and Alex claimed to have sold my ring..I called corporate and they told me they still had my ring. So I went to get my ring..THEY WERE ACTUALLY HIDING MY RING FROM ME!! ZERO STARS FOR THEM. VERY SHADY BUSINESS!! Thanks to general manager Jason for doing a good job at communicating with me and getting my ring back to me. Star is very unprofessional, shady and a big time hater. Don't deal with these people!!

We were going to 10th and federal for a while because Briz worked there she always offers good deal ! When she left to come to this store of course we had to follow! Good customer service is hard to come bye and when you do good service you get loyal customers like us to keep wanting business with yous!

Went in to sell gold and got THE BEST buyout on the market. I had taken the gold to be appraised professionally so I know they’re offer to buy was very fair and generous. I had also went to other pawn shops to get offers and Fast Cash came out way ahead of all the others. I will be back to sell more. These are honest and fair buyers!!!! BEST PAWN SHOP in Denver!

I have been coming to this pawn shop for a few years now and now they have lost my business. I brought many of my firearms here to get a loan many of times and I bring a firearm they sold me and the person tells me he can only give me fifty percent of what I paid for a gun that has never been fired. Maybe I am just being petty...On the business side of it he shot his business in the foot. I have gotten numerous loans from them adding up to hundreds and maybe over a thousand dollars. They know me as a “for sure return client “ not a “drug attic client “ so why not look at my pawn history and give me the loan I asked for? Oh well, I still pawned the firearm because even though they gave me only fifty percent on the firearm, they have lost out on a substantial amount of money over time. First Cash PAWN you can have your gun back and keep your business, it’s good to test the people you do business with because in the end if they can’t scratch your back once in a while then take your business to someone who will. As of right now I do not recommend this place to anyone except junkies or people looking to sell items right out. Who ever is missing a Milwaukee drill... they have it on a police hold at First cash pawn 26th and Sheridan.

I haven't used first cash pawn and I think some people are confusing this with Fast Cash Pawn since they have the same address listed. I gave it 3 stars as an average of other reviews.

Great store always able to help if in need or they always have good merchandise that's at fair prices. There staff is always fair n well informational about any questions or concerns. There manager Star is by far the best employee they have threw out all the stores. Been doing biz with this place for 10 years n will be a customer for many years ahead

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PAWNSHOP!! My boyfriend took his brand new xbox one in to get pawned last week, just for a loan, today we go to get the xbox back. It was BRAND NEW. only there a week, we bring it home unwrap it and plug it in. And now the power bank is making this awful noise. I immediately call them and asked what had happened because it wasn't making this noise when i brought it to them. they told me that it was my own fault because i didn't check my system before i left. Because i could've dropped it on my way home. Why would i CHECK MY SYSTEM. that was working PERFECTLY FINE. And not to mention the level of disrespect i received trying to get to the bottom of this situation. Pathetic.

I’ve been buying stuff here for years. Walked in today to purchase a gun. I waited nicely for 20 minutes. The guy must have had a case of the Monday’s. Wouldn’t even go down 10 bucks to make the sale-which is fine. But the way he said no was totally out of line. He obviously was to tired or hungover to do the paperwork needed for a gun sale. If the owner is reading this, you should have a talk with your staff.

There is only one employee there that is friendly and all the others are rude, and think they know everything. They are extremely cheap when it comes to giving customers a fair and decent price for their pawn. Yet they sell these items for almost triple. The store is dirty, prices are high and not very friendly. They always ask what you looking to get, acting like your going to get it. You never do. I feel they are the worst pawn shop in town.
