Never had a loan before so I was hesitant on an auto loan but they explained to me everything in detail about my contract and helped me understand what I’m getting into. They were super friendly and very helpful!! Really recommend this place!!

Nydia was very helpful and polite. She explained everything I would to bring with me and had my paperwork ready for me when I arrived. The loan was processed quickly and she was able to answer all my questions. The store location was close, very clean, and welcoming.

Nydia Rivera greeted me, sat me down and before I knew it we were at the end of the process. She streamlined everything didn't even have to go home to retrieve my title. I was contacted by one of the two employees working here after inquiring online abouta title loan. I didn't not inquire specifically with this company. The employee told me that having the car when I came in wasn't necessary as I told him that the car was currently parked at my mom's house in san manuel nearly an hour away. So after taking time to find a ride and take time out after work to go get the loan I absolutely need to help with moving expenses,I arrived at their location. It was upon arriving that I was told by the other employee the senior employee, that I would need the car with me. I told her that I was told over the phone it wasn't necessary and that I must have heard her co worker wrong on the phone. All this while the person I spoke to on the phone made no comment. When I directed my attention to him and said that is what I was told he also said that I must have misunderstood. I specifically asked if I needed the car because I knew that I didn't have access to it at that time. It was completely insulting that my integrity was questioned and that the employee lied to cover his mistake. I wouldn't go back nor recommend these people to anyone. I got to Fast Auto Loans a few minutes before closing and instead of telling me to come back Christy stayed passed closing time by an hour to make sure I got my loan! She already had a long crazy day but she put customers first and made sure I got what I needed if you go to this loan place I recommend you ask her to take care of you!
