Farmers & Merchants Bank Yorktown Ave, Huntington Beach

We have been banking with F&M both personally and with our business for years! We love the personal touch that they still offer compared to their competitors.

Slowest service every time I go. Never had such Consistently slow service from any other bank....EVER.

They are helpful on the surface but when I had an issue I was transfered around, put on hold and given email addresses and excuses as to why I couldn't get help. They dont like to get on the phone to help you when you have a problem. I'm glad I figured this out shortly after opening my account before transferring money to their bank. To be fair I think the people working in the bank genuinely wanted to help me but they were basically trained to pass the problem along down the line. Noone could do anything to actually help solve anything and the people who could help simply weren't accessible. This bank is not user friendly in my opinion. Not to mention almost everyone in the branch is from a foreign country. I felt like I was in some spy ring nest. Two ladies from Iran, one from China one sounded Russian and the manager is from Israel. I've never seen anything like that. For better or worse. Just what I seen. Kind of weird to see that in NewportBeach. Nothing against any of them. It just looked kind of strange.
